Blanca has been mine and my family’s go-to seamstress for years. She’s so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Will never go anywhere else! My dress for Valentine’s Day broke the day before, and she had it fixed within 24hrs! So appreciative for her and her business.

My daughter needed a dress for her first Homecoming. This was all new to me. A friend recommended G&G. Had I not looked them up online, I would have never even known this little shop was there -tucked in between others. We spent quite a while in the store and the lovely owner gave her lots of tips. She ended up finding the perfect dress, exactly what she was looking for. I'm happy because we spent under $50 on a dress she'll likely not wear again. She also found a great accent necklace to go with it. Tip: don't try on dress by sizes, look for the style and colors you want first. We found things that fit my daughter from size 4-16. Dresses like this really vary in sizing.

I went here to have my wedding dress altered and am so happy I did. Blanca is the nicest person, and she clearly knows exactly what she's doing. She did my skirt and top alterations on a quick turnaround, and for far cheaper than any other brides I know who got their dresses altered. I had to reschedule my initial visit several times, and she was always entirely flexible even when things were busy.When I came back for my final fitting, the skirt didn't feel quite right, even though it had been altered exactly as I'd requested, so we decided to take out one of the underlayers of the skirt at the last minute (i.e. the week of the wedding) so it didn't feel so heavy: Blanca had it done in less than 24 hours, and she also refused to accept additional payment for this even though it was fully outside the initial scope of the alteration quote. She was quick and decisive, always able to offer helpful suggestions, without me ever feeling rushed or like my dress was just one of many: She cared about getting the look and feel exactly right, was excited about the wedding with me, and I really looked forward to visiting her shop every time I went back because she was just so pleasant to work with. I'd recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for bridal alterations (or any other kind of alterations!) in the Bellingham area. Thank you so much Blanca!

They are the utmost professionals and speedy with their work. I was a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding and they did a great job on the alterations. I highly recommend!

Blanca is so kind! She made my wedding dress, a simple pattern and I could not be happier! She has also helped me with a dress emergency, I walked in frantic and walked out in 10 minutes feeling great about my dress. Miracle woman!

JUST WOW !!!! You have to go here!!! Not only do they have an amazing and modern selection of dresses at insanely affordable prices but they will help you with alterations and suggestions and do so with the most honesty I have ever found anywhere. Blanca treated me with so much kindness, love, and support and gave me honest opinions and that is so rare.Fair, honest, incredible.

I had a wonderful experience picking out my wedding gown at gown and glove! Blanca was so helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price! The experience was much more personal than any of the fancy boutiques!
