Went in to get my Movado battery replaced. He checked the battery and found nothing wrong with it. He suggested i have it sent to Movado for repair. No charge for his time. Great business ethics. Highly recommend.Eric

The owner is very personable and friendly! After getting out of the jewelry business myself, I told myself I’d never buy jewelry again. He changed my mind. Brought my ring in to get sized and to replace a missing diamond (my boyfriend originally purchased the ring from here), once I got the ring back. I realized 2 more diamonds were missing. I asked immediately if they could fix them and they did! Free of charge!! Highly recommend getting your jewelry from Gold n Time. They were so sweet, and very professional. I’ll always continue to go back to them for all my jewelry needs

Called ahead, asked specifically if they could resize my Seiko pin and collar style watch band. Was told they could, brought the band in, again told them what kind of linkage the band used, no problem. They ended up being unable to complete the job and handed me the band back in pieces. They also lost (and denied losing) one of the collars for the bracelet. The cherry on top is after having the bracelet put back together by another watch repair shop within Bellis Fair, I realized Gold N' Time had removed both links from one side of the bracelet, instead of removing one from each side to keep the clasp centered under the wrist. I will never be returning.
