Not as many toys as some of the other GameStop's, but good game selection.

Dylan(worker, manager) wouldn't get off the phone to help. Not a customer call. Unprofessional. Walked out.

Was going to Pre-Order Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom from Amazon, but saw that Gamestop was giving away Wooden Art Plaques with a Pre-Order of Zelda, so I ordered through them instead. Upon delivery, I realized that my wooden plaque (which was the only reason I pre-ordered through Gamestop) was not with my game. I called Gamestop and told an employee. They then tried to hand the phone off to their P.I.C., who then told me, "Yeah, sorry there's nothing we can do. Have a good day." And hung up the phone on me. Scammers....

TLDR: New games aren't factory sealed. Not recommended to buy new games there. Recently went to buy a Pokemon game for the Switch. To my surprise, the employee went up to the drawer and pulled out the cartridge in a CD folder, saying, "Don't worry, it's new." She proceeded to get the game case from the display rack, take off the "new" tag, and place the cartridge inside. To top it off, she wrapped the case (now with game inside) in a plastic wrapping too large, making it look like a scammer's attempt at a reseal. This spectacle reminded me of resealing a bag of potato chips after opening it or resealing an opened pack of Pokemon cards and passing them off as "new." It doesn't mean the chips and cards aren't new, but it looks dubious at best. I was in a rush to get this game for someone else, so I ended up making the purchase, but I would not recommend buying new games there.

Horrible experience. My family came in to browse and the employees were happy to get all my siblings all the things they were begging for. When the parents said no, that the kids wouldn't be spending that much money, the employee changed her tune and told my dad, "I think it's time to move on, looks like you're having some struggles" promptly kicking my family out of the store, even though we had actual purchases that we wanted to make. Won't be returning.

A small selection of older games. Very high prices.

Went in with my girlfriend just to browse. Asked the store clerk (AJ) if she knows any good co op games to play on the couch, something casual. The wall of games was too much for me to go through, but she was able to give me a great set of recommendations. I went home and played one of the four games i bought (they were all really cheap by the way) and i had so much fun! Thank you!!

Absolutely terrible experience. We bought a ps4 and the lady said we had 30 days to return it. We weren't impressed with it and a week later went to return it only to be told that they JUST changed their return policy days ago. We can't return this piece of junk. They lied. Do not go here. Scam prices. Hustler employees who want to take your money and not let you return anything. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Genuinely one of the worst and least helpful customer “service” interactions I’ve ever had.

I've been in this store occasionally to buy things, but lately I feel like when I got in or call, the employees are generally not knowledgable which is odd since it is merely a game shop, and don't seem all that enthused about working there. The way they interact with a customer is that they do not care whether they help you or not. At my business, if I don't know something, I learn about it and help the customer anyway.
