Had both our vehicles detailed. They looked fabulous when done! Was able to drop them off when it was convenient for us and they had both of them done sooner than expected. Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Gold package for a Honda pilot. Exterior and interior. $380
People were friendly and helpful. Building and area were clean.
Overall the detail was done well, but for the price I paid, I expected the carpet to be vacuumed under the floor mats. The driver side plastic seat frame was broken during the detail. And I specifically asked an area in the back seat to be deodorized and a stain taken out, and that did not happen. The odor is still very present. Wax was left on the paint in various places on the outside.
Prices are about 10-20% higher than local competitors.

I had an appointment for the platinum detailing for today. I scheduled this weeks ago. They told me to come at 730 and they would meet me. And I would get the loaner car. when I came today the guys who were opening the shop had no idea that I was supposed to be there. They did not greet me when I came in. They did not say good morning, they just ran to the back of the shop avoiding me leaveling me out in the waiting room by myself. Then, when they did come back out, they just said how they weren't trained to work the front desk and that the owner had the books and they didn't know about the appointments because the owner had the books and they didn't know what to do and was. They kept saying this and asking if I was dropping off my car or not. I wasn't sure if these guys were high. Or if they just woke up and came straight from the bed to the job, they all looked like they just walked right out of bed and came there straight there. They hadn't combed their hair or anything. They seemed half awake or high or something. Noone seemed ready to open a business and greet and work w customers. It was so awkward. I wasnt leaving my car with them. The guy at the front kept telling me to give him the keys. But he did not have a loaner car and did not even know what I was there for. How am I going to give him the keys and get to work? then they were telling me that the owner was on their way. the owner was already supposed to be there at 730. I asked the staff who was I talking to When I said appointment? It didnt make sense that that person would not know that I was supposed to be coming there and would not tell the staff. I made an appointment last month. I don't understand how the owner and the staff Don't communicate about appointments. This place has all these plaques about being silver and gold starred and being the best of Bellingham. But they can't even treat customers properly with respect and courtesy or with consideration for their time and their business. I cleaned out the stuff in my car so that these guys could have full access to clean and detail it. And they didn't even consider What it took for me to come there today. I work in the opposite direction. And I took time to come that way so I could drop the car off. I took time to get all the things out of my car and put it in my place so they could have the car. I don't even have room in my apartment for the stuff I had in my car. I'm inconvenienced for the time for the space for the everything. Because now my car is still dirty. And I have to find another place to go to because of them. I was really offended by this. I have been looking forward to my car getting detailed for weeks. I'm not sure where the high ratings are from. Maybe it's just family and friends rating them because they're not treating people like a silver and gold star Best of bellingham business should.
