If I could give a big fat zero i would!!! Lazy lazy lazy delivery people..they left a lrg package at the end of my driveway in the road right out for someone to take? as I am log rolling it down my driveway a FANTASTIC UPS driver stopped and helped me.. He got a very nice tip!!Will do my best to avoid ever using FedEx ever again!! I am being polite, would really like to say what is on my mind but I have class unlike FedEx!!

Don't go here if you value your time or money.The staff failed to mention that when you ship things by ground that they reserve the right to change the expected arrival date so things are *never late* and that ground shipping doesn't offer refunds for being late. (Oh wait nevermind, it was 'on time' after they changed the expect delivery date. They also marked it as a business transaction of some kind so I wound up paying a TON of taxes getting my shipment to Canada, when it was just me mailing things to myself when I moved. TWENTY-FIVE PHONE CALLS LATER, and not one person at fedex can actually figure out what is going on. Absolutely pathetic. Next time I'll just send it with regular post.

This is the worst company to do business with. I tried to call this location to ask a simple question about holding a future shipment and you have to go through their call center which only connects you to a person if you have a tracking number. Why cant I speak directly to someone at a location in my area!?

Very polite staff when I visited. Easy drop off for package delivery. This is an official FedEx location, meaning this isn't like a business that just excepts FedEx packages, this is a FedEx. They have multiple size boxes on site to purchase if needed, as well as packaging filler (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc) for purchase as well.

FedEx really struck out today. Their door tag didn't have enough information. Their app failed, their automated attendant required me to jump through too many hoops to get the help I needed, the driver didn't follow my clearly posted directions or post another door tag for his failed attempt, the first rep had a terrible phone connection which dropped before we were done, the first rep gave me misinformation, after jumping through the hoops again the second rep basically let me know I had been wasting my time and would have to waste another 45 minutes driving to the FedEx location to pick up my package between five and six tonight. I am appalled.

Office was clean and neat, easy to find, but gave it 4 stars because the young lady who helped me seemed to have a bit of an attitude, even had me put on the shipping lables . Couldn't say she had a bad day it was just a few minutes after they opened. Sorry FedEx, just trying to tell it like it is.

Day 4 and no trucks coming to POINT ROBERTS, Wa. Customer service just keeps saying package on the truck and on the way to deliver. I have no idea where the package is and therefore don't have the option to pick it up. It was a 2 day delivery. So far it's been 7 days for a 2 day delivery. I filed a claim and still not response.

First and last time using FedEx, I have never dealt with a more incapable delivery service. The people are perfectly pleasant, and I'm sure it isn't their fault. But this is an unbearable service. I paid for overnight + evening pick up did not receive either of these. Still do not have my package, and cannot even request a refund until 3 to 4 days after I receive my package!? Because I was told that's how long it takes to get the invoice or something. Not to mention, there are live crustaceans in the package so they are probably dead. And because FedEx "mistakenly" marked an attempted delivery at 3:30 PM (outside the 5-8pm evening delivery I paid for), I'm not sure I'll even be able to get a refund from the seller I ordered from.
