Wosrt company for delivery EVER. No customer service, deliveries not brought to the home, lazy, unresponsive. We have canceled chewy, groceries, kitty litter and more. If you are a business relying on auto shipping you are doing a huge disservice to your clientele. We can still shop in store. Idk what someone's recourse would be if they were unable and really needed. Honestly, our packages are left a block down our driveway on the road.....

These FedEx drivers speed down neighborhood roads, or roads clearly marked 25 mph with blind corners. Then just stop in the road, but proceed to slowly walk to deliver the packages! If y'all are in such a hurry, why not run to the door with the package too? You really should tell your drivers to slow down.

A shipping and packaging center that doesn’t have multiple size box options. Tried to ship a larger item, was told “we don’t carry rectangular boxes, try another FedEx”. Was given directions to a fed ex that would be able to help me only to find they didn’t provide packaging services there.

Shipped a package weighing 13lbs. After it was delivered I was notified that I was being charged to ship a 37lb package and my account was billed for an additional $22.35. I'll ship with UPS or USPS from here on out. Beware!

Consistently throw the package as far from the door as possible the only delivery company that refuses to walk the last 10 ft to the door. Often times with expensive items.

If I could give a big fat zero i would!!! Lazy lazy lazy delivery people..they left a lrg package at the end of my driveway in the road right out for someone to take? as I am log rolling it down my driveway a FANTASTIC UPS driver stopped and helped me.. He got a very nice tip!!Will do my best to avoid ever using FedEx ever again!! I am being polite, would really like to say what is on my mind but I have class unlike FedEx!!

Don't go here if you value your time or money.The staff failed to mention that when you ship things by ground that they reserve the right to change the expected arrival date so things are *never late* and that ground shipping doesn't offer refunds for being late. (Oh wait nevermind, it was 'on time' after they changed the expect delivery date. They also marked it as a business transaction of some kind so I wound up paying a TON of taxes getting my shipment to Canada, when it was just me mailing things to myself when I moved. TWENTY-FIVE PHONE CALLS LATER, and not one person at fedex can actually figure out what is going on. Absolutely pathetic. Next time I'll just send it with regular post.
