Adam was the best! He was extremely helpful with my many questions and helping me understand my options. He even took the extra time to package up my item for me. It was so helpful and I appreciate his outstanding customer service!!

The female working when I went in was incredibly rude from start to finish. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I went in to print a last few minute documents for my wedding this week and she was absolutely appalled she had to do her job and treated me very poorly. I will never go back to this store because of how awful she was. Do not recommend.

Huge shoutout to Rachel at FedEx in Bellingham! She was incredibly helpful and kind—she expedited my request on the spot, which made a big difference. Her professionalism and friendliness made the whole experience so easy. I’ll definitely be returning for my business needs because of her. Meow! 🐾

Absolutely happy with the cooperation (5 stars for them) of Rachel, Chris and Finn today (Nov 17) at the Bellingham office. I was surprised how entitled the pink haired girl was the previous day (Nov 16) and basically I had to come back today to do the shipment.
Dear Fedex, I hope you will appreciate your finest employees while making sure you are hiring someone capable with the right attitude. I did not even bother to ask the name of the pink haired girl but LOL.
Anyways, thanks and the 1 star less is for that staff (actually they deserve 0 stars)

Extremely disheartened by the individual working August 4th around 4 PM. I have extreme anxiety and had to hype myself up to walk in because this was my first time doing this. He offered no warmth, no friendliness, completely deadpanned & cold. He just stared at me like I was stupid when I asked questions or told him I didn’t know what he said meant.
Horrible experience and I would incourage fedex and this individual to show grace and kindness. You never know what someone is going through and why they’re having a hard time doing a task that you find easy.

Staff has always been very helpful dating back to the 90’s to a time when it was then called Kinkos.
There’s 3 entrances to the parking lot with a decent space for parking it’s always got open spaces so if you’re not in a rush for the door and won’t mind a few extra steps to get to the door you’ll not crowd the door parking spaces. Avoid the flock.
It’s a nice open building with lots of space, numerous printer’s and options.
And you can send out your FED Ex business from there.
Knowledgeable staff making it very easy to accomplish business. Thanks.

Store needs to set a limit on how long a printer is tied up. Waited 20 minutes while 2 older men cut and pasted not even using the printers but would not allow me to go ahead and print my label that took 1 minute.
Store manager didn't seem to care!

The team went far above what can reasonably be expected to supply all my printing needs even with my abundance of edits and changes!

Sitting in my car in the parking lot. A FedEx office on North Garden in bellingham-- after an extraordinarily confrontational team member straight up refused by saying" I'm not comfortable"... After she had instructed me and gave me the number to call transferred me herself to a customer service representative with FedEx who explained to me the process for me to ship a high-valued item to be insured with a signature, etc. As he explains this to me, it becomes clear that she could have helped me. I kindly ask her to come to me in this store. She was not with anybody else and have this customer service representative on the phone also with FedEx. Explain to her the process. When I hold out my phone that was set to speaker she stepped back and just looked at me and said I'm not comfortable with your phone... I set the phone down on the counter so she could listen again. She stepped back. I suppose it's worth pointing out that I am an ordinary need and clean. Showered individual- I have no gaping wounds or open sores- I speak as clearly as anyone giving the nightly news- I was kind and curious and needed her help. She stepped away while the customer service agent was still explaining to her the process by just saying just do it online. I'm not comfortable with this and she walked away. I then asked another team member named Finn to please come closer so I could ask him a question. He was about 15 ft away when he approached me with a kind somewhat sympathetic smile. I asked if everything was okay before he could answer. I said is she new? Is she nervous? While he peripherally saw and somewhat heard what had gone on, he just bowed his head and said I'm sorry. He did say there were some differences between FedEx office and FedEx to which I did explain. It was the number that she wrote down for me to call etc. He apologized. It's more than someone having a bad day in my opinion. Taylor, chin up.
