If they lose your package, and I get the sense it happens a lot here, the employees will treat you like it's your fault. Very disappointed in the lousy customer service, as well as not having my package.

The lady that works at the counter seems to be always in a bad mood and quite cold. She never gives me a receipt for DHL drop-off claiming the system is down. That has been going on for a month. In addition, when I ask her to provide a proof of drop off, she silently write the tracking number and shoves it in my office. Not one word from her. How is she in the customer service sector? I'm dumbfounded. This is a pervasive issues, and unless she's having a bad day every time, I guess it's just her personality.

Very bad service. The package was not delivered, my package was in this office for several days instead of being delivered to my home. I paid for delivery to my home but was forced to go and pick it up at the office myself, I lost a lot of time which costs money. I will not deal with this department again.

Don't advertise that you are a Fed Ex ship center when you tell me that you don't have any boxes to ship my painting (22x 27 inches) and to go to Home Depot. How ridiculous and not even nice!

While I wouldn't use FPP to pack my mailables, it is convenient for dropping off my already postage paid mail that I have to ship. I try to get my orders out in time to be picked up by the mail person but sometimes they deliver before I can get it ready to go. So when that happens I bring my mail here so it will go out that day. I have a small online business and print my own postage labels.

We needed to help our daughter ship some items home from college in order to simplify her move out from the dorm in June. This place was great! The person helping us was careful to box things together in way to minimize the expense, and did an excellent job. We would certainly use them again.

I like having a store like this in the neighborhood we live in and the clerk I dealt with was friendly and helpful. However, one should use care when bringing in large items here for packing and shipping. One thing that isn’t done here when packing is to be mindful of staying under size-based cost thresholds for postage. I recently shipped a two piece fishing rod from here that, because of the extra size of the box they used, cost roughly six times what it should have to mail ($120 vs. $20.)Ouch!Lesson learned.

I payed $107 to ship my computer to Alberta through Fairhaven Post and Parcel's DHL carrier. Several days later I received a message stating that the package would not be delivered until either the receiver or I payed an additional $61.

Fairhaven Post & Parcel has always been a little expensive, but what they charged me today was outrageous. They charged $42 to send a small boxed package via USPS Priority Mail. After I paid (I should have asked before), I asked, "So will this be going out today (Saturday)?" and she said, "No, Monday, because the post office closes at 1 p.m. today." So I just paid $42 for my package to go out on Monday. When I asked how much more they charge on top of the USPS charges, she said she couldn't tell me. Which is bogus and ridiculous. They could absolutely tell you that if they wanted to. This is price gouging. She said they don't charge more than 20% of what the USPS would charge, but that was also a lie, because I just looked it up and the post office charges $20 for a large box, and mine was much smaller. So this was a 100% markup at least. I wish I had taken my package back and just mailed it at the post office on Monday. I probably would have saved at least $25.Addendum and response to David:Hi David,Thanks for your response. I will revise my review because the package did, indeed, go out on Saturday and arrived at its destination in Tennessee on Tuesday, which I was very pleased about. However, contrary to what you said in your response, I was not told it "might" go out on Saturday; I was told it wouldn't go out until Monday. And, yes, I did appreciate the convenience, but not for $42 and then being told the package wouldn't go out till Monday after I'd already paid. Also, I was told that UPS Ground WAS less expensive than USPS--$38 as opposed to $42--but I chose USPS because I want to support the Postal Service during Covid.
