The car options were just alright, and the car was alright all and all. It was a Toyota so very dependable at least and good, but it wasn't any special sort of Toyota, and was in just a bit of rough-ish shape honestly, but whatever it did the job. Car rental places here especially are just a touch uncomfortably high-ish really in my opinion, but maybe it's gone up even further with inflation the way it is these days even more so..

Complete disregard for customers at this location. I used Enterpise a lot, so what happened at this location was like a knife in the back from the person you trust at the most important moment. I took a car at Enterprise Canada and had been driving for a day, left the car with my belongings at the border, took an Uber to Bellingham to take a car in the US and go back to reload my stuff, since you can't return a Canadian car in the US. But when I arrived at Bellingham location, the guys in the office said that they would not give me a car since I already had one in Canada. I was really shocked because I couldn't do anything about the other car it was parked across the border, and I was helpless in the situation. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They hadn't felt the need to reach me and let me know about such an important constraint. Luckily, the guys at Hertz were ready to help me out, and I was able to finish the move I planned with Hertz car.

11/27/2023 Enterprise was to deliver car to my auto body shop for my use during repair of my car. Had received quote for $7.00 including taxes per day plus what my insurer would pay. Agent arrived 15 minutes late, with a second customer also waiting. Agent placed me in a SUV which was priced for the $7.00 a day.As I was driving off agent came running out waving her arms calling for me to stop. Told me that this vehicle was for the other customer. So I parked the vehicle. She then went about paperwork to put me in a second vehicle. Paperwork is all on a tablet no actual paper. When she again presented the tablet for me to sign I immediately noticed the price was far more than $7.00. Over $30. A day. I refused to take the rental at that price and went back into the shop. She came a few minutes later and said she had the cost down to $11.00 a day. I told her it was not the 7.00. She said it was the best she could do. I asked to see the contract( I wanted to be sure the price had changed). She told me she could not show me. She had emailed the contract. I said I would not take the car unless she showed me in writing what the price would be. She said she had emailed it to me twice but she could not show me. I told her I would not take the second auto. She left the office to deal with other client. I left the keys she had given me with the body shop, They were originally in possession of the keys when the agent arrived. She never asked for the keys before leaving to help the other customer. I never signed the second contract, or even sat in the second car.Later I received a text asking if I was enjoying my Enterprise rental. If there was an issue I should contact the local office, which I did. I contacted this local office and was told by the assistant manager I was paying for the rental regardless of if I used it or ever had possession of it. Later I complained to Enterprise who claimed they canceled the rental, this also turned out to be untrue as I was later charged $14.53 for one days usage, and my insurance company was charged $35.00.Then I opened up both contracts, the one which they cancelled for the first car, and the second for the car I did not take or sign the contract for. I discovered the agent had made some lame attempt and signed for me in 4 different signature spots on the second contract. I believe this was why she refused to show me the contract on the tablet, and also the fact the cost was more than she claimed. The signature was nothing like my signature on the first contract I did sign. She signed for me. I believe she sent a second copy with NO signatures realizing she should not have done this. These four required signatures give up just about any right you might expect. You would want to consider this carefully, but to have Enterprise sign for you and try to disguise it is literally criminal. In the end they committed credit card fraud, insurance fraud, and forgery. I did report this to the police who took a report. Enterprise claimed I had signed the contract, which was false and provably false by comparison to the contract I did sign. And claimed as I had not given the keys back to the agent directly they were free to charge a day for the auto rental .As I was only out $14.53 the cops weren’t going to spend the time to prosecute it. My credit card company returned the $14.53 to me.Last note. If you mark the preexisting damages on a tablet they do not send you a copy. So take a picture of the tablet when the damages are recorded or you will not have any proof. And take photos of all preexisting damages before you take the rental.Probably lots of people experience arriving to get a rental and there’s a bait and switch going on, and you are desperate and have to suck up whatever they want to charge you, and a reservation price means nothing. BUT this is such a scam. Go elsewhere , Go to an independent !!

Best car rental experience ever. I rent cars often with different companies and always seem to have issues like tires not being filled, service lights coming on, etc. The reps at Enterprise were extremely helpful in getting me the right car for a long drive with no issues. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this location!

I recently needed to rent a car for about 3 weeks while my vehicle was being repaired. Although I didn't have to pay for the rental car (the responsible party's insurance paid for it), I appreciated the competency and professionalism of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Highly recommend.

I am going to file a complaint against the manager and the worker for racial profiling. And I am going escalate this just as he escalated it by calling the police yet I was brought by them to get the car. And they refused to give me the car even though it was going to be paid State Farm! And to the white female worker you are such fake person and a coward for not standing up for what’s right yet you acted like you cared about helping people!

My experience renting a car here was absolutely incredible. The staff were all amazing and accommodating. Huge thanks to Elizabeth and Ben, who both made sure I was happy throughout the entire process ! They helped me get to a concert in Seattle on my birthday ! If I ever need a rental car, I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you for all the help ! I am so appreciative of how kind everyone was <3.

Awful. The insurance company asked me to rent a car from here. When I went back this place with the car I had rented, they forced me to stay out of the car and bring out everything in the car before my ride arrived. (My ride arrived within an hour.) It was early in the morning and they were charging the full one day rent for that last day. They regarded the car was theirs as soon as it arrived in their parking lot, while I did not signed the paper to return. I said I would wait for my ride in the car, but they did not Allow me to stay in the car for a minute, because, from their perspectives, the car was theirs as soon as it was parked in their lot. A staff even offered me a hand to take out my personal stuff in the car and display them in their tiny office. It was so awful. My ride arrived soon and they took out that last day’s rent anyway from my registered card.

I wish I could leave negative stars! Reserved an SUV online. They phoned me that morning and said the vehicle wouldn't be ready on time, 1.5 hour delay. I was OK with that, but when I got to the lot at the time I was to pick up the vehicle, there were none available. They could not tell me if or when one would come in, nor could they tell me if they were going to get an SUV for me. They just expect you to sit there all day waiting and hoping that one gets returned. So I left there and phoned the company and asked if there were any SUVs available immediately to rent a few miles away at the airport branch. The woman on the phone told me "yes", it's a larger one, but it's there and you can get it now. I asked her three times to verify that the vehicle was at the airport and it was an SUV and she kept insisting that it was. Got a ride up there, only to find that they had NO vehicles at all on site! What a total waste of time. I will NEVER use this company, or recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I don't know how they are in business!
