I appreciat the fast and quality service. Everyone was great, super positive. Chase helped explain all the damage and what my different options were as well as gave me his recommendation. Same day service was really convenient as I needed to go out of town that night. Definitely would recommend coming here for amazing service and quality tires.

We’ve used DTire for years and this last experience was, by far, the worst. Previously, great experiences, great customer service, always satisfied. Our recent experience… very unsatisfactory. The young, very uneducated, very unexperienced, customer service attendant was the worst. His colleague was even caught saying “cheap, cheap, cheap” under his breath. My suggestion is shop around. The only good experience was the dude who sent us on our way, he wiped down the over flow “lube” off the tires and we had a laugh about “lube”?
It’s a shame where corporate has gone to save a few bucks yet lose customers

Had an appointment scheduled online to get four new tires, super easy to figure out. Prepaid. I went in at 12:30, had a super nice manager/assistant manager named Darin, I believe. He was very friendly and informative. I bought falken tires, Darin said that’s a good brand. My appointment finished at 1:30 so I was in and out in around an hour. Darin also informed me on their philosophy:
In order of importance.
1.) customer safety
2.) employee safety
3.) profit
Not to mention they had 4 guys call in sick, on a busy busy day, they still finished my tire replacement fast. I would definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs.

Tried twice to get a new set of tires.
I have to go in between work meetings. Tried last Tuesday at 1:15pm stood around for 20 minutes; they were too busy to even talk to me.
Re-scheduled for Thursday at 1pm, but by 1:50pm they still hadn't gotten to my car so I had to leave. Grrr!
I might just cancel the purchase and try some other place.
Update: the store assistant manager called to apologize and offered to have my new tires mounted at my earliest convenience. Drove back to store; they mounted my new tires and I was on my way 30 minutes later.

Got insurance on my tires back in 2023 and just got two of them slashed three days ago and took one in so far and they are giving me a brand new tire for 15$. I will update my post when I get the second one in there,

Excellent customer service, insane speed! Walked in on a Monday, made an appointment for that Saturday. In and out within 30 min. Excellent service 15/10 recommend

400 W Bakerview Rd Bellingham Wash i am physically Disabled and you took care of my tire blow out the same day i Rely on my van to get to my dialysis 3 days a week as i use a electric mobility scooter that stays in my van i use to get in to my treatments at dialysis i look forward to seeing you again soon when i get my new custom rims and Tires i know i can trust Discount Tire to take care of my tire needs as i am a Repeat Customer

I have never had anything but an exceptional experience from Discount Tire. This shop on Bakerview is my go to location, but I've also been to the Lakeway store and others with equally great service. The staff have always met my expectations and often gone above and beyond. Everyone is always professional, friendly and gets me taken care as efficiently as possible. I know tires and wheels is all they do, but I would sure love if techs were trained on how to visually estimate brake pad wear. Even if they don't offer repair service for pads it would be so convienient to have a ballpark of where my pads are at every so often. I suppose I could ask to pop into the bay and take a quick peek when they have the wheels off, but that my not be allowed and I frankly have never remembered to ask. Discount Tire has my loyalty.

I love these guys at Discount Tire Bakerview ? I had tires with wires poking through but only a small limited budget. I just stopped to get a bid but my tire guy took one look at my tires, talked to the amazing manager and gave me 2 new tires just under my budget?. This is the second vehicle they have done this kind of amazing deal for me. I admire and respect businesses that have true care and concern for their customers and they made me feel like my safety and peace of mind was their priority ?

ZERO STARS!! Find a different place to go!!! I went in for help, had a man cut in front of the line said he had a question and they still helped him before everyone!!! RUDE STAFF I am taking my business somewhere else after being a discount tire customer for years!!! And then one of the workers came out and asked if there was anything they could help me with. Then proceeded to argue with me!! I been a discount tire person for a long time, I am taking my and my families business somewhere else!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!
