Dewey Griffin Suburu is the BEST! I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first car. If you're lucky enough to work with Will Glazier throughout the process, count your lucky stars. Will is personable, responsive, and so fun to chat with. "Fun" wasn't a word I expected to use throughout the car buying process -- it felt so daunting and foreign to me. But thanks to Will (and Guy), I felt so comfortable asking questions and trusting that the answers I was getting from them were transparent and honest. I'll be a longtime customer of Dewey Griffin Suburu thanks to the fantastic experience I had there recently. Will, thank you so much for everything!

Recently bought a 2013 Toyota corolla at this dealership and honestly couldn't be happier. This was the first dealership that didn't try to push a whole bunch of extra things that I didn't need or put on weird charges. They don't do any in house financing and that was a relief. Randy was amazing at helping me through the process and answered all of my questions. They even knocked off a couple hundred off the price to help me get the loan from WECU. :) I would recommend this place again.

A sales guy here resorted to openly dissing me and my trade-in because he wasn't getting anywhere with empty promises and price gauging. Went elsewhere and got a sweet 2008 4Runner with low miles in almost perfect working condition for about $5k less than these guys were offering a 2008 fj with 220k miles, half the electrical not working (lights, doors, mirrors) and an oil leak. Eastlake Auto Brokers also offered a reasonable amount for my trade-in at about $2k more than Dewey's people.

Great Experience at Dewey Griffin – Thanks to Will Glazier!
I recently bought a car from Dewey Griffin, and I had the pleasure of working with salesman Will Glazier. Although I wasn’t able to get my dream car this time around, Will made the experience as positive as possible.
Will was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding throughout the process. He took the time to explain the options available and informed me that more of the make and models I was interested in would be arriving in the future. While it was a bit disappointing not to find my dream car immediately, I appreciated his transparency and patience.
In the end, I’m glad to have a car that meets my needs and will help me get where I need to go. Will’s professionalism and friendly approach made the process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff at Dewey Griffin was welcoming, and the paperwork was handled efficiently.

I recently bought a Subaru Ascent Onyx from this dealership, and I am very happy with the entire experience. Kris Parker who sold us the car did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to understand our needs. The purchasing process was smooth, and I never felt pressured. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru.

Long overdue review. Will Glazier was phenomenal, personable, and a joy to work with during my buying experience. I had never bought a new car and came into Dewey Griffin on the defensive, given my experience buying used from other dealerships. Will was transparent about the buying process and spent time walking me through everything. He was easy to get ahold of and checked in with me often.
After over a year on my bike, it was awesome to load it into the back of my new Crosstrek ?

Josh was an incredible salesman!! No sales pressure and he truly listened to my wants. We did not get swindled into paying extra for things we don’t want like most dealerships do. I highly recommend working w Josh. Guy in finance was also very kind and informative. There is a great team at this family owned dealership that made it worth the 4 hour drive

Arrived early for my 11:00 am appointment this morning and was welcomed nicely.
The service advisor wrote up my work order and I asked how long it might be and was told a couple of hours. I ensured he had my correct phone number and he said "don't worry, I'll stay in touch with you"
A little more than two hours later I checked with the advisor to see if my car was finished and was told " Oh..I haven't even put it in the shop yet "
There was no answer from the advisor or Service Manager when I asked why no one had called me..
It seemed to me that there was very little concern over wasting at least 2 hours of my time and in not contacting me.
The Service Manager offered me a free service ??? I just wanted my car fixed as requested and in the time advised.
My wife purchased this 2006 Subaru ,new from Dewey Griffin, and we have taken it here for service whenever we were able to.
The sad thing is that after 18 years of getting service, when possible, this car will never return for service again, and Dewey Griffin doesn't seem to care.
