We have purchase many appliances thru DeWaard and Bode. The customer service has been exceptional. The products have served us very well. Delivery, set up and removal of old appliance is wonderful. We just call and tell them what we need, what features we would like and they handle it. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

John Hahn from DeWaard & Bode, Bellingham, WA, came and replaced the electronic module for our large Wolf oven. He demonstrated that he is a very capable and knowledgeable technician. His attention to details, professionalism and excellent manners have left us extremely pleased with the warranty service we received. We couldn’t have dreamt of a better service. Thank you John and thanks to Tanya for coordinating and arranging his visit.

James was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with our Bosch dishwasher quickly and professionally. Very impressed with his repair service! He also went above and beyond making sure our household was taken care of. I highly recommend giving DeWaard and Bode repair services a call if you are experiencing appliance issues!

If you want to be assured of working with a sales person who is knowledgeable, honest, conscientious, and has a pleasant personality then Dallas Dejong at the Warehouse location on Hannigan is your man! My husband and I are boomers and retired so getting the most bang for our buck, especially these days with how high inflation has made everything, we were being diligent in our price comparisons when looking to replace our 20yr old oven and refrigerator. We were referred to DeWaard and Bode by MIllworks supply and so glad we followed through on that recommendation. We had the good fortune that Dallas was the Sales rep working the floor that day. He knew what questions to ask us that helped us to realize that a lot has changed with appliances in the last 20 years. He even had us email photos of where the new refrigerator would be installed to insure it would work in that space. At the same time we were also comparing prices and product with Lowes and Home Depot because of the additional military discount that my husband is eligible for. Even though we were getting the same product at a lower price we were so impressed with Dallas that we went back to see if there was anyway DB could get close to matching the "Big Box" store price. To make a long story short, Dallas went to bat for us, even emailing us on his days off, and was able to come within $50 of what we were getting quoted elsewhere. We so appreciate that Dallas was there to help us from the initial meeting and was committed to earning our business by being our advocate and not just a Sales Representative. I have already referred others to Dallas who have shared the same sentiment about Dallas with me. Thank you Dallas!

Helpful staff. I had a problem with my new dishwasher and got it replaced right away. I prefer to buy local and have a real person talk to. Also got service contract and don't have to wait for weeks to get service. Buy local. Thank you Payton

John B. D&B service tech came to our place to check issue with our dryer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue. We will continue our 12 year relationship with D&B. Dallas and Payton both went above and beyond in helping us find everything we needed. From the first time we stopped into the store to briefly look to see what they had, to ordering the appliances Dallas made sure we understood what we were purchasing and timelines on when things would arrive.
