They were very clear on how the process would work for an insurance claim. They texted me updates so I knew what step we were at in the repair process as well as when it was completed. Positive blast for 1st Class Auto Body in Bellingham! They have serviced our vehicle twice in the last month after it was involved in an accident while parked. Not only is the work extremely well done, our car was given back to us both times in better condition than it was dropped off. The items in our vehicle were neatly stacked in the backseat and the entire car was cleaned both times inside and out. The tires were even shined and it was there for a bumper repair, so we left feeling extremely taken care of. The customer service was also top notch, we had a rental car waiting for us as we arrived and the team at 1st Class Auto-body communicated with our insurance company and enterprise to extend the vehicle rental without us having to do anything! Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ services through and through. Highly recommended.

The paint correction and dent removal was phenomenal except they gave me my vehicle back without the electric seat functioning and the seat is in the full reclined position and they told me I was responsible for it even though it was working when I gave it to themServices: Body & Trim

We went here for an auto claim for damage caused by an Allstate driver. 1st Class was the preferred provider in the area. Prior to bringing the car in for the work they were easy to deal with and responsive when we got our estimate and when we needed to change our repair dates.Car was returned to us like new, detailed and everything. I really liked working with 1st Class Auto Body to get my car fixed. When I first went to pick up my car when finished, I loved seeing the little details they added—the ‘thank you’ card and clean interior/exterior was a sweet touch! Really good quality materials were used and when I picked my car up it was clean and shiny, felt like it was new again!
