“My fiancé and I had purchased the new Galaxy S23 ultra and S23 plus, with screen protectors, and cases, the gentleman that helped us that week did great with install, but admitted that my screen protector had a small air bubble in it and if didn't smooth out by the next day we could come back and they would replace it for free, well 2 weeks later we came back due to our work schedule and Ona in the mobile department didn't question anything and replaced it perfectly she did an amazing job!!!!
