Had the deli make one of their signature sandwiches for me and a friend. We waited quite a long while for the sandwiches but they were delicious and worth the wait. Service was friendly.

Seemed the equivalent of Natural Grocers in Colorado or loosely similar to Whole Foods.If you are from out of the area, the extra nice thing about this location is it has a section that serves/sells hot meals, so it is a bit of a restaurant too (at least for pick up.)Great place if you have food sensitivities.

The flagship Community Food Co-op location, we are a grocery store featuring organic, locally sourced goods. Whenever possible, our foods come from small, local farms and artisans. Our produce, dairy products, wines, and other goods are selected with sustainability and community first in mind, with emphasis on organic foods. Our baked goods are prepared fresh at the Co-op Bakery. We also carry locally made artisan goods including soaps and handmade toys. Visit our organic hot bar, salad bar, full-service coffee stand, and nutritional smoothie bar. The Bellingham Community Food Co-op is open to all: no membership required to shop at any location.
