Walked in and they replaced my iPhone 15 Pro screen a few hours before closing. Grateful for them, they were tremendous help. Glad that it’s original Apple product too.

It’s very traumatic when your computer goes down but these guys calmly worked me through any issues. The computer was finished in only a couple days, which was faster than I’d expected. I’m glad there is still this friendly store in Bellingham.

The iMac Pro is the second computer I've purchased at CityMac. Diego was an excellent listener as I shared my computer needs and the research I'd already done. He answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully. As a 72 year old woman, sometimes the younger folk find more humor than care. Diego took me seriously, and helped equip me to further my photography.

City Mac is a great place to go when you need help with any of your Apple products. Diego is friendly, remembers customers (Thanks Diego!), calm, understanding, fair and professional. When we are ready to get another product, we’ll visit the store instead of going online!

They've always done wonders for any MacBook issues I've had, and last week I had the pleasure of purchasing a new MacBook there. The sales person, Jacob, was extremely easy to work with and I felt confident choosing among the options available. I am quite happy with my new MacBook. I was disappointed they had no phones in stock but am confident Jacob will let me know when they do!

Easy peasy--they were able to identify and clear it through my apple care plan...it was a super fast and painless broken screen fix on a 16" powerbook Mac --and the staff was very helpful and easy going- additionally it very conveniently located close to downtown!
