Had a great experience with the teller (a young gentleman) who helped me deal with, and solve, a problem (a decade old ATM card). He was very friendly as well as being very knowledgable.

John is awesome! as Chase clients, my husband and I went for a notary service, and we loved John's efficiency, service, and sense of humor; in addition, he let us know some benefits from our chase cards when abroad of the country that we didn't know. Thank you!

Service inside the bank is way quicker than the drive up, I've noticed that oftentimes, the bankers at the drive up window have to wait until all inside bankers are served, and it's like up to 10 minutes they're waiting. Bummed

I go to this branch once in a while and always served with a friendly staff. However, last week a new staff served me and I was disappointed that I was not served first knowing that I arrived first in line.I would have been happy if the staff took the consideration to ask who arrived first in line before serving the customer.

It's a bank. With a drive-through. So why am I being told I have to come in with a deposit because I'll "hold up the drive through"? There is no one in front of me, no one behind me in line, and the other drive-up spot is empty. Who, exactly, am I holding up? Great look for a bank hoping to keep commercial customers. Recommending to my manager we move accounts. Get faster machines, don't blame people for using your services as you advertise them. And I've NEVER been asked for my PHOTO ID for a change order in the five banks we deal with. Absurd.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, utterly disgusted by this place. I tried cashing a CHASE check, and they tried making me pay a fee of not $1, $2, or even $3 but a full $10. That is unacceptable and I will never get an account here and I will warn my friends and family about banking with chase. They're not about people, they're about profits and I will never do business with a company with such anti-consumer practices in place. Thanks but no thanks.

I went to Chase in person after I got messed up by the bank with my credit rating and I was angry of the situation. I decided to upgrade my Marriott credit card with Chase to the one with a better benefit package, that was how my trouble began! I was turned down and I contacted the support desk and was told I needed to cancel my old Marriott card and applied a new one, which I did. I received a letter from the bank and said I already had the card. I called the support desk the second time and was told the bank was wrong and asked me to apply again. I received a letter a few days later and I was denied for the same reason. I called the support desk the third time and was told the bank was wrong and asked me to apply again. I got a letter from Chase and Equifax two days later that they denied my application because of repeated credit checks from the bank, I got a big hit on my credit rating!I went to my local Chase bank to see what could be done. The situation got better in the bank as soon as I walked to the taller and was connected to a personal banker right the way. Bailey was amazing, patient, and professional, a very seasoned banker. I explained my situation to Bailey, and she understood what problem I had and ready to admit that this was the problem with the bank. She called the support line first and was re-routed to several internal departments, and after over an hour on the phone, she was able to find out the problem. Even though the credit card has been closed, it remained open internally for two billing circles. This restriction was not known to the support desk, and I was told to apply, re-apply, and re-apply, and that trigger the fraud alert. The reason is known now but the damage has already been done, my credit rating has gone down. Bailey kept calling other internal departments, including the fraud investigation group but was told they could not do anything to reverse the credit checks unless they were for frauds, which they were not.I was okay with my temporary drop of my credit score as it would come back. My thank is to Bailey for her effort to help me and insisted to right the wrong. I had decided not to apply the Marriott card again, and after this experience, I would.

Chase banks fund dirty energy and are not forward thinking in their investments. My kids should grow up healthy, and climate change threatens their future. I'm choosing a different bank.

One of typical Bellingham business branches practicing boldly unprofessional behaviors knowing people don't have a lot of choices. My entire family and I will close chase accounts because of a few of the bank tellers here.
