The staff is friendly and the space is nice but anyone still using a legacy bank like Chase is getting ripped off. The interest that they give on savings accounts is almost non existent with nothing given to checking accounts. This isn't what you can find elsewhere. The only advantage to brick and mortar banks is cash exchanges.

I do all of my business banking with Chase in Barkley village. All of the people that work there are professional, knowledgeable and have always made me feel that they have mine and my businesses best interest.

I have to say, I've only come by to the use the drive-through lane the past couple of visits, so I cannot speak to the inside and the service received therein. The only reason I'm giving the place three instead of four stars is that the service when you drive through is quite slow. No other cars have been there when I've gone, there are only a couple of cars in the parking lot altogether, and still, it takes minutes for anyone to greet me, or assist me. That being said, once I'm greeted, the service is friendly and my transaction is completed satisfactorily.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Corry Kollmeyer, and he has always provided me exemplary service. He is clearly the head of the class in that particular branch for providing quick courteous and efficient service.

Attractive place and convenient, however, the banker we dealt with pretended to be a financial expert, which it turned out she was not. I found numerous factual errors in what she said. Please be careful with the advice you receive.

The worst banking experience of my life. Chase induced me to open a checking account by paying me $150 last January. So I opened a personal account which I have used. Last week I deposited a check from my business account to my personal account for 5K. Not a lot of money. I have excellent credit and have owned my business for 20 years. All my banking relationships are good and I have never had any returned items. Chase put a 14 day hold on my deposit. Even though those funds cleared on the 2nd day. They still will not release the funds for availability. This is after 3 calls. Finally I gave up and said fine, I do not care. I told these phonies that at the end of the month I will vote with my feet. I will also spread as much bad will and bad word of mouth as possible. Just rediculous, bank elsewhere.
