Using the website, is easy and I only had one problem, and it was with an old email account, so I made another account with a much newer email, and haven't had any issues since.

My parents had a suspected issue and after a quick phone call, a technician showed up immediately to check it out. It turned out to be a very minor issue but we were treated with such kindness and respect. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and being so responsive.

After being a customer for three years and never missing a payment over a year later this company sent some extraneous bill for $27 to collections.Of their own admission Cascade only tried physically mailing notice of this once or twice even though they knew in their system I didn’t work there anymore and my company had gone out of business.They even were aware of my phone number and email yet failed to reach me via those methods. If you look at the laws for collections I am not sure they followed them very closely.Anyways, that was a fun few hours wasted. If this company weren’t a monopoly they would actually have to compete for customers and moves like this would not be very good for business.Watch out for this company. Make sure you get everything written when you move in and move out. They are operating in a different century and are unable to communicate effectively or clearly.

The dug a hole into the alley right behind our cars cause us to miss a day of work and a day of moving. They need to grow a brain cell between everyone working there.
