Since 2003 I have purchased 2 cars from Bruce Cox and had them both serviced at Bruce Cox Imports. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am able to schedule servicing when it is convenient for me. The team gives me a full explanation of needed servicing and repairs and the cost. The work is completed in a timely manner and there are no "surprises." I highly recommend Bruce Cox Imports.

On a scale of 1-10, my experience with Bruce Cox Imports was an 11!!! Billy was super friendly and fit us in with minimal notice. Now that our Volvo is off warranty I won't be driving to Lynnwood any longer for services/repairs. I plan to bring all of my cars here moving forward. Thank you Billy and the Bruce Cox team.

I am a long time customer at Cox Imports having made multiple car purchases and continuing with ongoing maintenance. Their customer service can’t be beat - so appreciative of loaners and car washes, too. Ease of scheduling, excellent routine and major maintenance has kept my car(s) in great condition. Definitely a keeper.

My family has trusted Bruce Cox Imports with servicing all of our used European cars for many years now. No matter who you buy from, they will give the best after sale service. We have had purchased used Volvo's & Audi's from 2004 - 2016. We relay on them for all of our oil changes to factory recommended services.

Bruce Cox serviced my 2012 Volvo until a careless driver crashed head on into me and totaled it. Now I bring my 2013 Infiniti FX 37 to them. I continue to trust them completely, for accurate diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs. Plus they are unfailingly pleasant and accommodating. Update: still an enthusiastic customer. My little dog Truffles and I enjoy our service visits.

Bruce Cox Imports continues to meet the very high standards of service I have experienced since I started having my Volvos serviced there in the early-to-mid 1990's. Quality service, pleasant people, highly skilled employees, reasonable costs. Plus, they can also service my Jeep. And, they can provide a loaner if needed. Five stars on every measure!
