Great choices and selections to find grad/prom dresses. Very reasonably priced. Store has a variety of outfits from casual to dressy. Customer service could be better with more communication and a helping hand with customers. Overall, staff were knowledgeable and not pushy, simply want you to be happy with your purchase. Glad we found this place!

went in today to try to find a prom dress. i wandered around for 5-10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. an employee was watching me but didn't even say hello, or acknowledge me at all until the cashier sent her to help me(i didn't even realize she was an employee as she was hiding behind some dresses), which wasn't until after i asked the cashier for help getting a fitting room. employee was very obviously not pleased to be there, and she seemed annoyed that she had to assist me. she said little to me throughout the entirety of my time there, and i ended up walking out after trying on a few dresses (lo and behold, the selection was very limited, and the sizes even more so), as my fitting room was given to someone else and the employee disappeared behind the counter with the cashier. she did not notice that i left. i did not feel welcome there at all and i left feeling appalled and self-conscious. i will never go back there. please, please proceed with caution. after reading other reviews, i realize that my experience isn't nearly as awful as others'.

Bodyshamers!! They carry like 3 sizes and if you can’t fit into those three sizes, they will make comments on how to “fix it”. The worker told me to eat more and gain weight if I ever wanted to find a dress that will fit me.

The manager was very rude to my mom and i when we went there for me to get a dress for my cousins quincenera, and the dress was extremely overpriced (110$ found online for around 70$ but it was a last minute thing) quality of the dress is fine but not worth the price. Bad customer service wouldn't recommend.

Went in yesterday with a few friends. We weren't very loud and my friends wanted to try on dresses but, unless you can divine how it looks from inside a plastic bag, then good luck finding one you like. On top of that they shamed my friend for the weight and when we called the next day to leave a complaint the owner said that "that wasn't what happened, I didn't say that" despite the manager not even being the one there the day before. Terrible customer service, horrendous management. Do not go here

Would never recommend anyone to this store as the customer service is absolutely awful. Not only was the group of people I was with made to feel unwelcome and as though we weren’t serious buyers by simply looking at dresses for a total of ten minutes, but my friend when asking if they had a plus sized section was told “the world isn’t built for people like you.” Absolutely appalling. And to make matters worse when we called to make a complaint the manager had the audacity to call us wrong. Please consider before shopping here.

Absolutely appalled by my experience shopping at this store. Would leave negative stars if possible. Staff were extremely rude to my group, and made fun of us when we asked them simple questions. + To top it off the quality of the clothes is complete garbage! DO NOT waste your time or money at this store!

Terrible customer service, got body shamed by staff and when we brought this to the managers attention she had the audacity to tell us that we were wrong and that's not what happened. Would never go here again, and I advise no one ever does.

Wouldn’t recommend going unless you want to feel uncomfortable and get body shamed or assume that you can’t afford anything in the store and you’re not really there to shop very horrible customer service don’t recommend coming here maybe shop at other places that take you and your body weight into consideration

This is meant to be an informative post, not selling anything, and definitely not promoting a business. Hi guys, as most know; the homecoming dance is coming up, well today I have a story that is heartbreaking, I apologize if this post is long but I feel people need to be aware. Keep in mind my friend is 14 years old. My friend was going homecoming dress shopping and I will not reveal the name of this friend :we’ll call them (**), due to obviously wanting to be anonymous: but to begin with this person was very uncomfortable going shopping because they were worried they wouldn’t find a dress that fits or looks pretty. While homecoming shopping today (10/21/21), we went into BLOOMING in the Bellingham mall, if you’ve seen it you know they have dresses for parties and what not, any who; ** asked manager if they could try on a dress (2nd or 3rd dress to be tried on), and manager told ** “No, actually, you cannot try on anymore dresses; you’re stretching them out and it’s obvious we do not have your size” When ** came to me crying and saying “I want to leave the store”, naturally I asked “what happened?” ** proceeded to tell me, immediately after, the store manager came to both ** and I and again repeated “you cannot try on anymore dresses, you are stretching them out and we obviously don’t have your size” We proceeded to leave the store, my friend hurt by what the Manager had said and embarrassed. I do not recommend taking your children to the BLOOMING store in the Bellingham mall, especially if they’re worried about finding a dress that will “fit”. If the manager had been more discrete and had said something to me, the adult, not the 14 year old; maybe it would have been different but she said it aloud 2 times and I couldn’t be more enraged, as well as sad for **.

Don't wast your time looking for a dress here unless you can invisison what a dress in a plastic bag looks like on you. They only let you try on 2 dresses all day. I was really Disappointed.

I was very impressed with this store! Wasnt sure what to expect going in. But fell in love very quickly!!!! They have everything feom every color cami, to formal dresses! And everything in between!! Got a great deal on some leggings!!! They have good sales and prices arent unreasonable. I love a good deal! This store is awesome and so defintely worth the drive for it!!!!!
