Incredibly friendly and professional staff. It was my first time donating and I was impressed. Definitely will come back and continue to donate blood as often as I here.

The girl who took my blood was so gentle I actually didn't feel the needle at all! Also, she sensed that I was nervous, so she covered the spot on my arm with a piece of gauze on her own -- very kind. Ask for Cassidy!

People here are awesome at drawing blood and so kind!None of the stabbed-multiple-times-to-try-to-find-vein stuff that I have heard of from people who gave blood elsewhere. I barely felt it! And everyone is so very friendly and caring. Even though I’ve been several times I’m still a bit squeamish but they have been very thoughtful and accommodating with little things like covering up the needle area with a paper towel so I don’t glance over and see my blood. They are attentive and check to see how you’re doing and had no problems with me sitting in the chair a bit longer after I was done to make sure I didn’t faint when I got up. (And the one time I did get up too quickly, sat back down, and blacked out briefly they were still kind even though they had a bit of extra paperwork)If you’ve never given blood before and would like to help save someone’s life but you’re squeamish like me or are worried it might hurt, I’d strongly encourage you to come by here and just let them know it’s your first time and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. You can do it!

Today was my first time donating blood (whole blood) at this location. I had made an appointment online and when I arrived, there were still a few more questions to answer but it didn't take long. In fact, the whole process took maybe 20 minutes max. There were two other donors donating at the same time. This was so different from previous experiences going to blood drives and blood mobiles in the past. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly, extremely well trained/experienced. It was such an easy and pleasant process, I made an appointment to go back. Truth? The cookies were really good ;) also propel packet to put in my water.. (lots of juices and chips etc as well). See you next time!

I always have a good experiance, great staff. My last blood donation in July didnt go very good because the needle wouldn't sit in my vein, so they pulled it and stopped the donating process because I was in pain (it shouldnt hurt). While my donation wasn't complete, they gave me an ice back for my arm and I still got cookies and juice, they even let me lay there for 30 minutes because I felt pretty woozy though I don't normally. I recommend them, they are all very nice and I always feel at ease even though I hate needles hahaha.

I love to come here to donate whole blood and platelets. The staff is highly trained and personable; they put you at ease and walk you through each step. It's a wonderful feeling knowing that the blood donated goes to patients in need.

I feel great giving platelets. It takes a lot of time (2 full hours) but if you bring your own iPad you can read emails and do one handed things with their cool tablet carts. Or just watch a movie on one of their Kindles...
