I had a great experience at Bliss Salon today with stylist, Charlene. It was my first time seeing her and she really took ample time before my haircut to ask me questions about what liked about my hair and didn’t like about it, so she could fully understand my needs. She delivered a great cut and even showed me how to style me hair. I’ll definitely continue to see her.Service: Haircut

Extremely rude owner and customer service. I was walking down the street with my two kids. One of which is Autistic. He had a very traumatic experience with a dog before and as we were walking down the street he saw a dog with no collar and no leash and no supervision. My instincts told me to jump in front of my son. I shouted and as the owner came out I told them that county law states that the dog needs to be on a leash the woman refused and had the handyman guard the door till I walked away so she could let her dog out again. When I reminded them that that was against the law and I would be reporting them if I saw it again the owner replied no one cares.

Charleen only works 2 day's a week unless you want to spend Sunday in a hair appointment. Friends and family suggested getting the color formulation to make due during this Corona virus. Following was Charleen's reply to my request: "In regards to the hair color, brand and formulation is specific to each stylist. I am sure your new stylist will be able to use the color they are most comfortable with." Wow no wonder she is soliciting for 10 new clients when working only part time.

Was rude when I came in to see if I could schedule an appointment. Made weird comments about me having a short forehead and couldn't schedule me for a month out even though the sign says “walk ins welcomeâ€. She asked me to have my hair pre-washed and dried before I came in, which I also thought was weird. I put it on my calendar while I was there talking to her, a month out. I came in on the scheduled date and at first she didn't know who I was, then she said I had missed the appointment and it had actually been the previous week. She made it sound like it was my fault and didn't not offer to reschedule.She said she emailed me but I have searched my inbox and have not found any emails from her. The whole experience was really terrible. She was rude in all my interactions, I waited a month for that appointment, washed and dried my hair right before, and even put on a lil make up so I would look my best, and she blew me off. I would not recommend wasting your time. And she does not accept walk ins.
