Thank you to bellingham nissan and Anthony Garcia for getting us into a 2024 nissan pathfinder rock creek. We had such an amazing time looking for the car of our dreams and we finally found it. Thank-you Anthony for your awesome attitude and for being so kind and patient through it all. We will definitely be doing business with you again. Ps Awesome suit Anthony very fresh.

The worst car dealer I’ve ever had the misfortune of buying from. They owe us repair service that were included in the contract, and are totally ghosting us. They will not take phone calls from me or return messages. They lied through their teeth when they sold us the car, saying the process to make the repairs they owe us would be a breeze - instead, they refusing to take care of their end of the agreement. They are as shady and sketchy as car dealers can get. I just wish I had been warned before dealing with them.

This was a huge, HORRIBLE experience for everyone who works at bellingham Nissan. I was in there like a whirling dervish of phsyco-holic mind destructing chaos, and somehow they maintained thier composure with apparent minimal damage. I bought a truck, then changed my mind. They suffered through the horror of reworking all of the paperwork and refunding the funding for the first truck, so the could RE-fund the 2nd truck, which is something that I don't think they actually had to do, because according to my bank, once I sign and take possession its totally up the dealership. I own it and if they don't want to let me switch, that's that. They went through the process of switching over, going WAY out of thier way to make me happy. But I wasn't done yet. I actually had the truck for 2 days and arbitrarily wondered if I could switch again for a Toyota that they had down there. Again my bank almost laughed at my odds, having already switched once. I cant stress this enough: They deserve the highest medal of honor possible in showing me the patience and latitude that they gave me. They actually suffered thru that grueling 3 hour process for the 2nd time, again despite that they had no reason that would benefit them to do so, and again they were as polite and helpful as automatic cherry pie that puts itself in your mouth for you. I could not break these guys. In the end, I got a great truck that I couldn't be happier about. Special thanks to Raven, Hussein, Tony, and Nelson...(most of those names likely spelled as if an idiot were trying to spell them), and also the following people who's names I don't know at all: the Disney parts girl, the baby carrying manager, the birthday girl in the front, the service girl in the back, and a few of the other sales guys who's names I never got. Apologies to all for murdering your names, and for the 3 days of darkness that my patronage likely laid low on your heads. Therapy is on me (offer expires at 4:10pm today). Seriously though... thanks to bellingham Nissan for helping me get the the truck I wanted. You were all great!

They will try to sell you every possible add on (e.g. something called ETCH protection which costs 699 and they said they will "try their best" to get approval to remove that add on). And if you don't want to buy the add ons and you are a cash buyer (less profitable than financing), they will give you a 100 nominal discount at most. And they will say you drove a 3-hour round trip to their store just to waste their time.

After waiting 4 hours for a tow truck from AAA we finally got my sons truck down to your dealership at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Most dealerships would have said we will get to it next week but not you guys. The answer was we will stay a little late if we need to but your son will have his truck back today. It is refreshing to see local businesses in Bellingham start to bring back the focus of their customers.You guys are doing a fantastic job.Eddie Hansen

I have serviced first my 2018 Nissan Frontier SV and now my 2022 Nissan Frontier SV at Bellingham Nissan. Always great service and I have never had any problems. I trust them to do great mainrenance, inspections and keep me informed. Justin, the service manager is the best!Bernie Bringhurst

UPDATE: We received communication from the management team at Bellingham Nissan. They were more than helpful and apologetic about the miscommunication and went out of their way to make things right. THANK YOU Bellingham Nissan when its time to get another vehicle we will be back!More than happy to make the sale. We like the car but customer support after the fact is not there. Simple question about possible missing floor mats on a used car. Should be an easy yes or no we don't have them. But instead we will go the route of ignoring the communication and hope the customer just goes away. We were returning customers and won't be again.

Sales Managers are Awsome!Really nice, friendly and easy going people. They didn’t have to make my deal happen but they went above and beyond to help a student out and got me into a newer better gas mileage vehicle thanks guys! Also I worked with the salesman Nathan. Very perplexed on the low rating. Had a 2017 Nissan armada SV, brought it in because of a suspected faulty starter (otherwise flawless vehicle). Made an appointment online the night it occurred, got in the next morning. Staff were extremely helpful & efficient, and super friendly as well! Very well kept dealership with a well maintained waiting area, complete with food, drinks, and charging areas. Good wifi is always a bonus!

This was the second vehicle I’ve bought from them, and both times had a smooth, easy, no-pressure and overall great experience. My salesperson this time around was Rigo and he was awesome. Super friendly, very genuine, helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Not a high-pressure sales environment at all, I just felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. Very happy with my new car! I highly recommend Rigo to anyone and everyone!
