Recently had my car in for a door repair. Jose was super communicative and knowledgeable and was able to work around my schedule to get things done efficiently. I was impressed with the quality of work and will definitely come here again for any auto-body needs.

Zach and his team were great. I brought my car into him on a Monday, parts arrived by Wednesday and my car was back in my driveway by Friday. Fast, efficient and communicative. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a locally owned auto body shop!

I smashed up a couple doors on my Tundra and was sent to Zack by a buddy who has had three vehicles repaired at Bellingham Autoworks, and I've got to say that I am absolutely impressed by the quality of the repair, the price of the repair, and the customer service. Zack and Amber called with consistent updates regarding the timeline, incoming parts, etc., and made for a really top-notch experience. I'll be coming back with any and all cosmetic repairs and upgrades, as well as sending anyone I know to this shop. Thanks, guys!

I was sent to Zach by SK motorsports after an accident in my Golf R.
I am admittedly a bit high maintenance, but was never made to feel like an imposition, for that I am very pleased.
Zach and Amber both took care of me and went the extra mile and got my car back to me quickly and the work is beautiful!
Paint matched brilliantly, and everything is back and better then before.
I will recommend these guys to anyone who needs a clean, professional, talented body shop!

EXTREMELY SLOPPY WORK! Most pitiful excuse of a body shop I've ever seen. Every time I look at my car I see more mistakes. I took my car to have both bumpers redone and the passenger rear quarter panel and door just to get all the scuffs, door dings, and dents taken out from prior years. My car is a coupe. The evening I got my car back it didn't take long to see there were major flaws in the work that they did. Besides having some major paint flaws, the edge of the door was left so rough, it felt like course sandpaper. Apparently they don't look at what they're doing as they do it and there is no final inspection before they give a car back or this should have never happened. Or obviously this is just their level of acceptable work. When I went back the next day to address the problem I was met by Zach with a lot of attitude. This guy has quite an ego. Apparently they also don't like justified criticism. You pay a lot for bodywork, and I expected more than what I got. Because insurance wasn't involved, I paid the entire bill. In his only defense, Zach, with an attitude, did offer to redo the work. This means I have to give up the car again and get another rental. More expense, more inconvenience. Since I have already seen an example of his work and the attitude I received, this won't be happening. No telling what I'll get second time around. I called to see if they would credit me back something on my card rather than bring it back. When they saw it was me who was calling they wouldn't answer their phone or return messages. Great business people, real professionals. Is this the kind of person you want to work with? This is the level of maturity, mentality, and professionalism you'll be dealing with. Throw a dart at the yellow pages. You'll certainly choose a better shop than I did and probably get a better price. Zach can dispute this all he wants but everything I have said is true. If you were to see my car you would have to agree.
In response to Zach's comments of my review, a quick run around of the car is hardly time to see much of anything. Some of what he calls minor scratches were about 2 inches long. Why does he consider blending the fender free of charge such a favor? Any decent and reputable shop is going to blend the new paint into the old so you don't notice where the work was done. If you don't do this you'll spot a repair a mile away. He's just admitting what kind of a chop shop he usually runs. He said he'd fix my car in a day and I wouldn't need a rental. I was to bring it in at opening, around 8AM, and leave it for the day. Didn't want to hang with him for a full day, my time is valuable too, so yes I would want a rental. I'll give him the chips across the front end of the car were from rocks, just never noticed them before.

Our Jeep needed door hinge replacement and repainting. I couldn't find an auto body ship in Bellingham that would even return my phone calls, much less fold our small-potatoes job into their busy schedule. Bellingham Autoworks did both, and I'm really grateful! Quality of work was excellent (see before/after photos). Hopefully we won't need any more body work anytime soon, but if we do, we'd happily work with this business again.Services: Painting
