I am a Canadian and was stuck in the costco parking lot in Bellingham. Not sure of his name but was the owners son of this business. I want to thank him for trying to help me and let him know the other gentleman came back and got it started and I made it home. the the car is at the mechanics and I will know tomorrow what is wrong with it. Thanks again for your help and your father's advise.

Great team of professional guys. Had my car back in a few business days and had EXTREMELY fast pick up and drop off of my vehicle. They even asked if I had a ride from the shop. Derek was my service contact and understood my odd situation with my vehicle, was always on point and I had excellent customer service from him! Would recommend again.

They were awesome! I went in for an oil change. They were very transparent about pricing and it ended up being cheaper than expected. Was sent a full report of my vehicle and ended up getting some other stuff taken care of. They also explain things very well and answer all of your questions! The shuttle was super convenient and quick to and from work. There aren’t a lot of automotive places that take care of European cars very well but they knew what they were doing with my Audi, definitely recommend and will be going here for all my car needs!

I took my 2016 Acura into Bellingham Automotive because I had a plethora of pops, creaks, and shimmys coming out of the front end. You know....sort of a snap, crackle, pop with a whump, whump, whump thrown in, coming out of an otherwise outstanding car.
I would be remiss if I did not mention one of Bham Automotive's competitors was unable to diagnose what was going on. Yet, within a short amount of time B.A. called me and told me what they thought the issues were and why. They gave me different options for repair and even suggesting items I might skip because they knew I had been "bleeding money" at the previous shop. In the end, I chose to fix everything.
When they called me for pickup they told me all the issues were gone. This was confirmed when I followed my wife home and got a big smile and her telling me, "It drives like a new car!"
I worked in the automotive industry when I was young, including as a mechanic. I know finding a good mechanic is like finding a good primary care doctor. Bellingham Automotive is now my Car Doc. Five Stars all the way!

Bellingham automotive is a great place!! Gary and all the other guys are always on point getting stuff done!! Anytime I've ever needed work done they have always figured out the issues and got it figured out and fixed right away!! Alot of mechanics I've been to in the past spend forever trying to diagnose the issues and take forever to get my vehicle fixed. Bellingham has always had my problem figured out and had me back on the road within a couple days max. Highly recommend these guys!! Great people to deal with!!

Brought my car in for a 2nd opinion after years of a battle at the dealership we usually would use. Gary was able to get my car in same day, problem found, solution found, and had my car fixed and back to me within 24 hours. The stress I have had prior to bringing my car here was horrible. This was the most straight forward, easy transaction I have had with my car. Customer service was top notch, very honest and up front with cost and diagnostics. I will never take my car anywhere else. Having car issues with a family of 6 is very stressful and service advisor Gary & technician JV made this experience seriously easy and stress free.
