I've had Sleep Apnea for over 30 years, lived all over the country and gotten my machines and supplies from many different places. In all of those 30+ years, Bellevue Healthcare is the BEST provider I have ever encountered. They consistently go above and beyond to help their patients. Recently I went out of town and forgot the power cord for my machine. This was an emergency situation for me as I cannot go without it. I called Bellevue Healthcare on the off-chance that they could overnight me one. I was willing to pay anything. Their nearest office was 30 miles away. I spoke to them at 9 am and by noon that same day one of their employees had dropped off a power cord to my hotel.....NO CHARGE. It is this kind of stellar service that keeps them Number One in my book. DO not hesitate to choose Bellevue Healthcare!!

Funny how life events can put you on a path you would not have foreseen even days previously! An unexpected sudden onset illness in my family resulted in my having to go out searching for home health durable medical equipment. I knew nothing about the items on my list, other than I needed them quickly. The number one item was a wheelchair rental. The first two local places I called did not even have the basics in stock, everything would have to be ordered and would take at least a day to arrive. When I called Bellevue, I noticed a difference right away. The first person I spoke to had the knowledge necessary to answer my questions and inform me as to pricing and availability. Rachel was wonderful help to me. Once I arrived at the store, list in hand, Matt provided efficient, informed, and friendly help as well. Looking around the store, I was impressed with their large inventory of what appeared to be almost every health care item you could need. Their prices were surprisingly affordable too. Combined with employees who know their stuff, this is just a great combination. I highly recommend Bellevue for any home health care related needs.

Geovani helped me pick A walking boot for my sprained ankle. He was very polite, and when I came in the store he got up from behind the counter after greeting me and came and explained to me the different choices and then helped me try on a couple boots. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely come back solely based on the customer service at this store.

These people are great. Our dad needed a power wheelchair. Due to Covid he was unable to go and do his own shopping so my husband and I came in with absolutely no experience with this. From the moment we arrived every person in there was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Giovanni and Angela showed us the different options regarding models and the Medicare requirements. We opted for the lighter kind that Medicare does not cover but are much less expensive (under $1,600). If you buy one they will deliver it at no charge. If you decide it won't work for you within ten days they will come and get it at no charge and return your money! What's not to like? Alex was the delivery person and is a pro. I warned him about Dad who is grouchy and VERY difficult to please. I gave it a less than 50% chance that he would accept the chair. Alex stayed professional and to the point, quickly explaining the simple controls and how easy the Pride chair is to maneuver. This was very tricky do to the restrictions of the assisted living rules and Covid. Dad worked his way into the chair and drove it off into the building where we couldn't enter. I was shocked. If I could have I would have hugged Alex. Thank you Giovanni, Alex, Angela and Sam. We will recommend this business to anyone.

I want to specifically acknowledge Dan Massaro, one of your Assistive Technology Professionals. He helped me in every shape or form to obtain my new wheelchair as well as repair my old one in order for me to return home while waiting to receive my new wheelchair. He was personable, efficient, kind, and went out of his way for everything I needed. I highly recommend Bellevue Healthcare for any medical needs including wheelchairs.

Outstanding competent fast service; I called at 8am needing a hospital bed and had one set up in my home within 3 hours. Very pleased and highly recommend. Both Zeb on phone and delivery guy were great.
