Best bank ever! I switched from WECU to BECU and has had the best banking experience ever! I love that I can go to any branch in Washington if I have issues with my card or to just get cash out without not being out of luck! Highly recommend this bank! I have had no issues with anything whatsoever and its been awesome!!

We have a small account here but it's not our main bank. We needed a notary and were in the neighborhood so we decided toGive it a try. No waiting, no lines, greeted by very friendly young lady who escorted us right to her deskAnd proceeded to help us in notarizing the document. No issues, no fee..no drama whatsoever... our regular bank should takeNote! We will definitely remember this pleasant and easy experience and know we do have options in this town!!! This location highly recommended!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a credit union. The app only works for me when I’m at the physical location, otherwise it asks for Face ID, then passcode, then wants to send a verification code, which never shows up, then when I go in they leave me waiting for ages. I hate this place. Thankfully WECU is easy and helpful so I can use that to manage my useless BECU accounts.

Terri Gunderson is incredible. We have worked with her on two separate occasions, and both times she has been respectful, helpful, extremely informative and in my opinion most importantly, honest every step of the way. When we first worked with her and it didn’t work out due to my pay, she was very informative on providing helpful ways to be more prepared for when we were ready to re apply. Not to mention she works long hours which is so helpful being that I have 2 kids under 2 years old (we conducted most of our business around 10:30-11:00 pm!!) I could go on about how incredible she has been, but I think anyone considering a loan officer, should 100% call Terri and her team hands down. You will not be disappointed.

I was absolutely dreading going to the bank after having my account compromised. However it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.Jay was an absolute rockstar. He explained to me in simple terms everything that was going on, what my options are, as well as provided pleasant conversation. He made my experience so easy when I was in a really tough situation. It was really nice to feel like I had someone that understood my situation and was on my team. At the end of the visit I felt a weight off my shoulders that I could use my account again and that I was no longer in danger of identity theft.Overall I'm super happy that there is finally a BECU branch up in Bellingham. Going to the bank always sucks but the staff here are top notch.

Love BECU. Always very friendly and helpful!! I've never had any issues trying to get stuff resolved or even just having questions answered. Been with them for many years and have no intention of ever switching to a different bank or credit union.

Went in to Bellingham BECU branch TWICE to get information on my IRA. TWICE I was given WRONG information. After that, the manager called to apologize, and at the end of our conversation said "people are always nervous about their retirement money". Excuse me? He dismissed my concerns. Very very disappointed.

Ali is amazing, she was so kind and informative. As a young adult looking to move across the country and buy my first home, I get a lot of criticism. Not once did she say that I was too young. A helpful and beautiful person <3

Had a home loan with becu in 2008, was paying $1600 a month. Needed a lower payment so they gave me a home loan modification that would lower my payment to $1100. And added 10 years to my home loan saying the payment would not go up. A few years when by and payment started going back up. Called them up to ask why, the Lady said sorry the person you were talking with did not know what they were talking about. I owed $220,000 on the house, They listed the house as a wonderful opportunity at $125.000. Thank you becu. 3/11/ 2021 Sent them a email said they would get back to me and didn't by far the worst bank I have done business with.

I have been with BECU for many years now, I’m always so impressed with their interest rates versus all the other local banks.I went into the lakeway location recently because I was confused about my statement. Billy was so helpful and kind, and I left feeling informed and confident in my choice to bank with BECU. Because of BECUs unmatched customer service I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to my friends.
