Amazing customer service, best bank in the area by far

This is seriously the worst bank I have ever had the experience of working with. Just banner bank in general. They make it a point to constantly charge you fees. Anytime they can. I had a seven dollar charge coming out of my account, And a thousand dollar charge, They put through the thousand dollar charge which overdraft to my account, Charge me thirty dollars, Then put through the seven dollars. And charge me another thirty dollars. The beginning of this month, They charge me a hundred and twenty dollars, Because they said they paid my credit card payments for me, Knowing that the next morning my check was clearing in the account, Normally I have 2 days Max 3 days Tell the money gets there. Normally they will run it one day then run it again the next. This company is all about taking people's money. They knew my check was about to clear. And they just wanted to make money off of me. I don't know how this bank is rated so high. Their customer service is garbage. They're not willing to ever work with you. Well remove one of those charges they Said. I work in customer service, I wish People could come in. And I can just add An extra hundred fifty dollars on their bill, Like nothing. When I was with b e c u, I could pay my rent on the fifth with no money in my account, And they would pay it, And not even charge me a fee, Because they knew I got paid in a couple days. Banner bank doesn't care about the people, They are greedy m************ who only care about themselves.

Fees and chargers here there and everywhere. If you don't use your account enough to make charges they charge you any way. A dormant account charge. It's for real.

And I'm being generous! They held our car loan and, when we paid it off two months ago, we got NO instructions on next steps. After three phone calls to Customer Service (andNO call backs, I finally talked to a gentleman who did some research and told me what any one of the people I talked to could have told me. Customer Service my eye! Caveat emptor!

This is my favorite bank, with my favorite people. They have gone above and beyond in our business and personal accounts and commercial and residential borrowing. Parking is easy.

Staff are excellent. As a disabled customer, it infuriates me that they don't have a restroom customers can use. Or what if you're pregnant and trying to open an account, which literally takes like 2 hours?? Ridiculous. Also very bothered by the fact that you can't view your deposited checks online. Hopefully they add that feature soon.

Go to a credit union. Their business lending team seemed like a "good ole boys" club with a pompous demeanor. This experience is from a decade plus ago. I never forget. Will avoid this joint for eternity.

I'm not a customer here, I just pay rent at this location. However, the staff always treat me like family. The bank is always kept in tip-top shape too, and it's a pleasure just to walk through its doors.
