Only one bank teller was working. He didn't understand much english, and I had a really hard time understanding and hearing him. There were two other employees who were just standing there. The bank teller told me that no one could help me today and to do everything online myself. This was the second BOA I was at. The other BOA said it was going to be over a 30-minute wait time. I even tried calling, but no one answered. I'm not sure how contacting social media on Facebook and Twitter would help? I don't have social media.

Yvonne is incredibly condescending, I have never had a good experience. Worth driving to the other Bellingham branch to be treated 10x better.

First time into this branch and with only a few minutes to close, they stayed late to get it done
I had such a great experience with Nav, Cassie and Yvonne. Such lovely people that they insisted on helping me even though it went long past their close. I’m so impressed with the help I received I just can’t say enough good things about these lovely people.

Bad experience with this bank, visited yesterday coming from Vancouver canada. Bringing all documents from court as guardian of person and property. I was doing inventory and report , asked the bank about the 7 years bank statement (2017-2024) but they gave me 2021-2022 summary of account and there’s no more file it’s all close that’s was they said. They don’t help people.

Worst bank on the planet!!! The two branches in Bellingham they NEVER answer the phone, EVER. We had eight business accounts with them and I literally had to fax them on their fax line and ask them to call me because I would call several days in a row at least 20 calls and no one would ever answer the freaking phone. AND THEN, one day we go to the bank they closed all the drive-thru lanes. They have more Lanes than any Bank in the city and they closed all of them so now you had to get out of your car and go into the bank . They wouldn't even open the drive-thru Lanes during the pandemic instead they made people line up and wait outside in the rain. After 12 years of dealing with this BS, we closed all of our business accounts. Unfortunately our Alaska Airline credit card is Bank of America so we still have to deal with the bank. You don't want to deal with this Bank because if you have any issues you can never get anyone on the phone and they charge ridiculous fees.
