I had a good experience here. Steven helped me out and seemed very knowledgeable even though he's been there for only 2 years. He made the process of making a bank account through this branch very easy and was very kind throughout the whole experience. If you go into this location I would recommend requesting Steven.

I came without appointment. And didn't wait for a long time which is pretty good. I had question about credit cards, so bank staff was extremely helpful especially Steve who explained to me everything and helped to apply for the right credit card after all. Because I'm foreigner I had a nonstandard issue which is led to a lot of questions from my side, Luckily Steve was very patient) Definitely so far one of the best experiences among visiting BOA branches.

Okay this bank is the worst bank I've ever done business with I have a 100% legitimate check for $2,500 and the bank will not cash it even though it's written off their bank it's legitimately from a settlement and there is no reason my ID should not be accepted they laughed at me when I told them I that I was having a hard time cashing the check they told me too bad and basically all three of the ladies in the branch there at Cordata were extremely rude and refused to honor their very own check from their Bank written off of one of their accounts one of their prestigious accounts mind you I mean this entity that wrote me the check was a settlement so therefore there was no problems with the account whatsoever and they still gave me an impossible time being as I am not a customer and don't have an account with them the manager needs to be fired along with all of her team members that were there this Saturday afternoon The way they treated me was unbecoming of a professional banker and I feel like I have been discriminated against and I'll never forget this experience it has definitely left at scar on my opinion of the bank of America. If you know what's good for you you definitely won't do business with Bank of America they are heartless crooks!!

Horrible experience! I was being helped by the teller whom by the way is the manager here was completely clueless about my questions and how to help me. She stated she couldn’t help me and ask me to go to another bank. Why would you not try to provide good customer service and just be a helpful individual? Never going to this bank again!

This location is supposed to be open at 9am. There has been a line outside with multiple customers needing to get access. Even the security guard who showed up to work is stuck outside, clueless to the situation. Bank employees are walking around inside ignoring everyone at the door and do not have the common sense and business operations understanding to let the people at the door know of any delays. Someone in the crowd stated the location had technical issues yesterday, and if that's the case today, these people need to let the customers know who are waiting. Basic management skills. This location always has some issue going on.

Kind, courteous, and very helpful. We were able to make the updates that we needed to our accounts quickly and the manager, Tony, and associates were all very kind and a pleasure to work with.
