“I had the transmission of my 2007 Jeep Commander go out. I was terrified and my usual mechanic said he doesn’t do transmissions and I should take it to a specialist. I started researching and Barrett Transmission became the obvious choice. From the first phone call I knew I had made the right choice. Mark was straightforward and answered all my questions. He checked whether or not a service of the transmission would solve the problem and when it wouldn’t he gave me a quote. “Decided to go here for an oil change on my new car upon recommendations from Google review and people on Reddit. Everyone was polite and professional, I got my oil changed with no hassles and no upselling. Just drove up, changed the oil and filter (and did every other check they could do with the hood up), and was done. Price was well under any other quotes I'd seen from anywhere else. I have no reason to go anywhere else for my next change.”

“I ordered 2 OCV for my 2018 WRX from the Subaru dealer and I forgot to order new gaskets/o-rings though. I searched and with shipping, the dealer wanted almost $30. I felt that was ridiculous so I continued searching. I came across AEP and they had the gaskets, including shipping for just over $15 which is half the price as the dealer!!!
The dealer who sent me the 2 OCV messed up and only sent me 1, I received my order complete from AEP before even receiving my other OCV from the dealer and I live on the other side of the country!
Everything was packaged well and as far as I can tell, they are genuine Subaru parts. AEP even sent me a pen in my order, the pen seems to be of good quailty as well, not just some cheap one you would get at the bank lol.
Any future purchases for any of my vehicles, AEP will be the first place I look!!!

“Did an alignment on my 2014 Q50. My car is not lowered much but still has a full lip kit around the car and adjustable suspension. They did the alignment with no issues and gave me a very fair price. Definitely recommend coming here!”

“These guys provide A+ service. I brought my truck in for an alignment Tuesday morning which they fit me in as a walk in. They discovered my front ball joints were completely destroyed. They needed to order parts and had plenty of jobs in front of mine. I was in a tough position because I was about to leave on a trip to Canada with my camper on Wednesday at 5. Bob ended up staying late and coming in early to finish the job. They didn't owe that to me at all but they went above and beyond anyway. Highly recommend this auto shop. Absolutely stellar customer service. Truck drives great!
