Went in today to try and see a doctor lady at the counter said I couldn't because I am not a regular. I asked if I could make an appointment she said no. Looking at me like I'm crazy. Or I'm going to hurt her or something. Guess they don't take new patients? Or need business.

I called like about 10 minutes before 5:00 p.m. today to schedule appointment to see an allergist doctor. The receptions was very friendly and made the appointment to see the allergist in about 3 weeks.I'll be happy to be able to see my doctor that I haven't seen for a while to go over some issues and hopefully we'll get it figure it out!!

Finally got off hold to schedule a new patient appointment and the scheduler sighed so heavily when I asked to schedule an appointment. They hung up on me after I asked when the next available appointment was.

My family has been coming to "Associates and Family Medicine" (now "The Everett Clinic") for almost 20 years. First of all I want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Robert Sperry and his nurse Jill for always being there for us and for providing excellent service. In addition, I must not forget to include Kerry Neil, ARNP, who has continuously proven to be a true professional and helped us many times. Dr. Roger Sharf is also an excellent physician. And last, but not least, Tabetha, who usually checks us in, is equally helpful and has a great sense of humor. To the management of the Everett Clinic I would like to point out that it is now indeed more difficult to get appointments without longer than usual wait periods. I can only imagine how involved the coordination of the calendar must be, given the amount of patients. Maybe a fresh review of all aspects will help to have more appointments readily available. Thank you for all your efforts.

They rescheduled my appointment and tried to leave a voicemail but my box was full (oops). I didn't know until the day of my appointment was canceled. I asked why they didn't email or text and they said they don't do that with new patients. The day before my rescheduled appointment I got a text reminder, they can obviously text, come on... Staff was also so rude, speaking to me aggressively and like I just wandered in by accident. Thankfully I read the reviews and I knew what I was getting into. I only went because my favorite doctor moved there. Brace yourselves if you're determined to go.

Oh where do I even start? I’d give this place 0 stars if I could because even 1 star is far too generous. Scheduling an appointment is impossible. When you call, you’re on hold for 15-20 minutes minimum. If you’re lucky and your call DOES connect, you’re out on with an incredibly unprofessional receptionist. Appointments are usually months out, and since the office is only open Monday-Friday 9-5, people with regular jobs will have to miss work just to go to their appointment. The reception staff will not work with your schedule. They will treat you like you’re incapable of anything when you try to give days/times that work best. They will also speak over the phone about your medical history, and I’m pretty sure there’s a HIPAA violation in there somewhere. If you’re lucky and manage To get an appointment, be prepared to be stuck in the waiting room for 10-15 minutes past your appointment time, then another 10-15 minutes once you get a room. The doctors and nurses are INCREDIBLY unprofessional. They will dismiss your concerns. You can go in for a medication refill and be Told you need a Pap smear and need To be on birth control, then you’ll be shown the door. The doctors will shrug and say “I don’t know” to your issues. The appointments will last five minutes and then you’re done. Not to mention every time I’ve had blood work done my entire arm ended up horribly bruised after. If you need a referral, forget it. I had a referral “sent” about 2 years ago. The other clinic never received it. The doctors don’t care about your health or concerns at all. Do not go to this clinic, I’m begging you. You’re better off just going to the ER at this point.

Dr.s Banjanin and Patterson are a cut above and very kind, professional and caring. I appreciate the staff and their diligence to get right to the core of the problem and focus on the solution. Highly recommend the Everett Clinic. I was skeptical when they switched from Associates to the current but am glad for the change.

Don't Bother! You'll either get better or die before you can be seen in person by a local doctor. Associates in family Medicine was great, the doctors and staff were great. But Everett Clinic is Garbage. I feel sorry for the people that work there and have to deal with these changes. After 30 years, I have to find a new doctor. They no longer serve our community.

My family has been going to this clinic for well over 25 years and this was probably my last visit. Today I had to switch to a new GP as mine is retiring and scheduled out for 6 months from now. I was discussing a a medical issue that has been ongoing and asked for next steps if the current option doesn't work. Was told I don't know, have a nice day. I am not paying for I don't knows, I am paying for plans and action. This conveyor belt of an office is a far cry from what it was before Everett Clinic bought it.

Always loved this clinic and my providers, but since Optum came into the picture. I can't get insurance and billing to get things right. I honestly feel sorry for the doctors trying to heal people, when we're all hesitant for medically necessary tests that may leave patients stuck with massive bills.

I’ve been a patient with Associates in Family Medicine (now Everett Clinic) for at least 15 years. It use to be easy to get into my doc within a reasonable amount of time. Reception, easy to reach, overall good experience. Now I call and someone in another town answers. Today it took awhile to find my physician in the system. She hadn’t done many appointments for Bellingham, she said. So I can’t even call the local reception desk anymore!? I’ve had nothing but frustration and confusing interactions since the takeover. At least a month to get into my doctor now. No longer personable. I feel like a health insurance number, not a person. There are great doctors here, bad management policy ruining this office. Would definitely not recommend anymore.-A. Kayton

This place has gone into the toilet. The wait for someone to answer the phone is awful. Appointments are more than a month out. The appointment often gets canceled because the provider is suddenly not available. When you log into your patient portal you'll find that there are visits shown that didn't occur. My recommendation? Find a new provider as soon as you can. This place has been in a downward spiral ever since they were bought out by the Everett Clinic. They say it's part of the "Optum" network but it's really the Bottom network!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been seen at this clinic for over 20 years, and I had never felt like a bother until the buyout. I do not care what new rules and guidelines you are forced to follow by your new owner. I care about the continuity of care. Telling me to sit in an urgent care for hours on end, to have an urgent lab test done is unacceptable. Not being able to book an appointment with my pcp for two months is unacceptable. There is no longer any compassionate care. Doctors and staff are too worried about meeting all of the new restrictions. I used to feel so cared for and heard, now I’m lucky if I leave an appt where my needs have been met. This clinic has become a prescription and referral farm. There is zero concern for the actual humans being seen.

I have been with associates in family medicine for several years since they merged with Everett clinic it’s practically impossible to call and be able to see your doctor because you’re ill anytime within a month or two. Also, the last two times I was in for an appointment things have changed, and my doctor was not even the doctor I had had before I did not receive the care I was used to this last time that I went which was yesterday I had been made an appointment through the emergency because I had been in emergency for a follow up and I had a 3 o’clock appointment got there at 2:45 and walked out of there at five some thing, and never did get to see the doctor and that’s never happened to me and I just don’t feel like it’s where I wanna be anymore they don’t care that the staff is change their staff is rude and I just have no use for that anymore. Investigate before you go to the Everett clinic in Bellingham.
