Have rented here for years. Tried other places, always come back here. Reasonable prices and easy access. They also have very clean bathrooms.

Drastically overcharge, have TWO late charges per month, and No notification system if your payment is late. The website is terrible. Feels like they are setting you up for failure to auction your stuff. Not a good business partner.

Was storing things here for about six months. One day the manager walked by and noticed that my gear was far less than before and mentioned he'd be happy to let me have a smaller unit and even prorated the cost. Saved me a bundle.Also, when it was time to move out they were real easy about the timing, considering the notice needed. Friendly folks for sure.No troubles at all with the place.

Went here tonight to get some stuff from my storage unit, keep in mind I do not get off work before 9 usuall. Come to find out after 9pm they lock the gates and charge you 100$ if you need to access your own stuff. I pay you money every month to keep my things stored. Not to keep me away from it. Go anywhere else but here I will be clearing out my unit tomorrow and never dealing with these people again. There are many better storage unit options in town.

?FRAUD WARNING?Attempted to charge me double the price of some moving supplies, confidently denying basic math claiming “theres also sales tax” until another employee stepped inThen appeared to type out my debit card info into the computer before giving me my card back, when asked what she was doing she said that the card reader doesn’t input your info when running it through it, which without a shadow of a doubt is strait bulls**t.Save yourself time, money, and a headache and skip these clowns

Reliable, safe, and accessible. I've rented two units here and have had excellent customer service with both. The pandemic has meant some occasional miscommunications here and there since the place is run by only a few people handling a ton of things at once, but I actually look forward to going in on the weekends because the employee Megan is a real life saint. <3

Amazing experience. Super safe and secure facility. Wonderful staff and I’m so grateful for storing my things here while moving in between apartments. I for sure will use Advanced Heated Storage again if I ever plan to move in the future. Thank you all for your great care

Wow, came to leave a review only to see that others have potentially somehow had WORSE experiences than I have at this place. The security here is an absolute joke. While waiting for the gate to "securely" close behind us, a black SUV sped through the gate (opened using an entry code which is tied to our names) and when we confronted them, they got defensive and tattled to the manager who later stopped us from leaving to tell us that they actually don't really care how many cars pass through the gate - despite the fact that you literally sign a contract stating "you must not follow someone through without your code." While being scolded, the manager/owner/whatever gave a little wave to the people who violated their contract as they left and then told us "if you're uncomfortable, maybe you should go somewhere else." So we did that. One time when came to drop something off, the gate was just wide open for no reason. We watched it for several minutes before mentioning it to the same manager/owner/whatever, to which she responded in an annoyed tone, "yeah, I know." No explanation, zero customer service, no concern whatsoever. This place doesn't care about you, your stuff, or your time. 0 stars if I could. Take your belongings somewhere else. There are several reasons this place has the lowest score and the fewest reviews.
