This will be my third time renting from the Zadart Crew. Let me say they are consummate professionals. The vehicles are pristine, and the prices are very reasonable and fair. They have proper “car guys” that work there and i should know i work for a large luxury dealership. Keep it up! i am coming for more! Shout out to the man! Eric!

I got my son the BMW 3 competition for his 19th birthday. We had an outstanding time. The car was flawless and the rental process was no hassle. I'd highly recommend this place!

I have rented twice from them. First I went for the Ferrari 488 Spider. Great car to drive. Second time I’ve rented the Corvette C8, then to get a call, one week before my rental date, from the manager to let me know that the car is double booked and I need to change my dates or choose another car. The reason was , the website did not properly updated around 4th of July. So I went for Lamborghini Huracan spyder ( yellow)which was available online and manager confirmed on the phone that is available for my dates. When I got there on the date to pick up the car , the yellow Lamborghini was rented out already. The manager was not there to explain and the guy working there did not know. So I end up getting another Lamborghini, and I had to pay for extra $$$ for it. So , their website it’s unreliable, they are unreliable,then they will not take accountability for their errors and make the customers to pay extra for their error.

I've rented exotics at a handful of places and zadart is the only one I've been a repeat customer at. Respect the cars and you'll have a great time.

Top notch customer service. Brett mad everything seemless and went out of his way to make sure everything came together just right. Easy to work with, and they provide exactly what they advertise. We've rented different cars multiple times and always been more than happy.

Great place to rent luxury exotic cars for special occasions. I rented out a G63 AMG G Wagon and it was easy to book and seamless to collect the car, the guys are well organized and easy to work with. I had a great time so thank you so much.

Be wary of what you rent. I've rented several cars from Zadart and knew what I was getting in to. Most of their "fast" cars have something broken on them. They are not in any way good examples of the vehicle.
This last week's rental was the last time I rent from them. I get a 488 for a couple days at more than $1000 a day. They told me the convertible part was broken and that's ok. What they didn't mention was that everything else on the car was broken. It has 85,000 miles, was a smoker's car, the alignment in the front was completely broken, pain was chipped, dents all over the car, half the switched inside the car were broken.
I was frankly embarrassed to drive the car around and ended up giving it back to them after barely using it.
Be careful, this place rents out clapped out wrecks.

***Terrible Business***
My friend and I made reservations to rent an R8 and GTR on 2/28/24 for 6/2/24. I had hired a photographer and as per their requirement got full coverage insurance a couple weeks before the rental date.
This was a pretty big celebration for the both of us, he had been crushing at his job in sales, and I had just passed my license exam becoming a Chief Engineer.
I was really stoked to share this memory with my friend and have some high quality photos to look back on, and we were even talking about renting from these guys next year for multiple days.
However May 31st we reached out to confirm a couple of things before the rental date to assure we'd have our ducks in a row. It was at this time their staff told me a month prior the GTR had been completely totaled.
I had been given no notification that the GTR was totaled in that time frame, and all they offered in compensation was BMW M3.
Whatever stock that was not already rented for the weekend I would pay any difference. (this being a Friday 4:37pm our reservation was for Sunday)
The conversation was a total insult to injury. I called him out on his piss poor business practice and this is what he had to say for himself.
"It's been a busy day around here so we're working down our to do list on a basically sold out weekend! Sorry to upset you wish we could control the insurance process better but unfortunately we cannot."
Did these guys have control over the person who totaled their car, no. Did they have any power over the insurance company reimbursing them a new vehicle. No. They did however have complete control over handling and communicating the situation to their paying customers. That's their responsibility as a business owner and service provider.
It's not even that hard. At the date of the accident you'd pull the car from your listings on your website and spend however many hours reaching out to the clients that rented the car, notifying them with a simple message: the GTR has been in an accident we removed it from our listing and are in the process of reimbursement through insurance which we have no control over the time frame of reimbursement/replacement. If you'd like to make a reservation of another car you can pay any difference or will be credited. Or be issued a refund. So sorry for this inconvenience.
I wouldn't have hired a photographer, maxed my insurance coverage, I wouldn't have passed up on overtime that week either.
The only positive I can say is that they did issue me a refund. This company rents cars that ooze power and class, their employees ooze apathy.

First rental from here, grabbed the LP550-2. It was a great time, The staff showed up at the scheduled time, had the car ready. Noted previous damage, gave me a rundown of the vehicle and how it works and I was off!
They really leave you to your own devices, at this place which is nice! Usually places like these have a bunch of rules to follow. But these guys just let you have fun.
If you're renting from here I recommend that you pay the extra for the additional incidentals insurance, sure its $300 total added on top but after I returned the car, the staff were very thorough in checking for damages and It's not a good idea to be personally liable for any of it as these vehicles are expensive in general.
My advice to potential renters, have a good time, respect the car and return it as you received it.

Absolutely love Zadart exotic cars rental. First time renting an exotic car "Lamborghini Gallardo" and could not have been more perfect transaction. Very simple process with affordable rate and professional and friendly personnel to work with. Tyler was very helpful in assisting with rental and also knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommended as they have a beautifully owned selection of cars at great rates.
