I like their hydro session. Convenient, comfortable. Massage is ok. But the front desk staff some of them are friendly some of them are not. Need some training.

I recently visited Yuan Spa and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of relaxation wash over me. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I indulged in hydrotherapy and then a body wrap treatment. The ambiance was soothing with calming music and soft lighting. The facilities were immaculate and well-maintained. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and my skin feels so smooth. I can't wait to return for another escape! Highly recommend!

Ilicia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She made my skin feel soo hydrated and glowy!! Also she is amazing at the massage part of the facial! 10 out 10 would recommend her for all your skin care needs!!!

TLDR: massage therapist Desmond is fantastic but the facilities of the spa are not relaxing at all.
If you aren’t using the hydrotherapy, then it’s not presumed you get a robe and locker. They had to double check if a locker was available when we asked.

For the amount I paid, I had so high expectations from this spa. But what a bummer. Pathetic massage experience altogether. The receptionist was kinda rude, I didnt really understand their vibe.
I paid 175$ for a basic swedish massage for 60 mins(actually 54-53 mins) and oh what a waste of money. Please, if you genuinely are looking for a good massage to be relieved and relaxed, this is not the place for you. The massage in itself felt like just gentle stroke of her hands if nothing else. The spa looks kind of fancy from the outside but they are actually lacking in their services.
Not recommended for a genuine and relaxing spa experience. Not worth the money at all.

My friend, a member here, gave me two passes, so my niece and I were excited to finally check out the place after passing by it so many times. The lobby was nice and welcoming, but once inside, the experience was just okay. The facility offers only four options: a hot and cold pool, a dry sauna, and a steam room. The relaxation area was underwhelming, small, with limited space and no lounge chairs. The snacks were average, and the changing rooms and bathrooms felt outdated. A nice touch was the personalized locker names, though mine was misspelled. Having experienced the high standards of Vegas spas, I might be harder to impress.

I've been here about 3 times in the last year and always have such a lovely time. My muscles needed it today and my therapist moved at my pace and was kind with me. Will come back!

Frankly this place did not meet my expectations....overpriced and it felt rushed rather than relaxed. The staff is friendly but again overly efficient and it feels like a hamsterwheel with the 1 hour limit on the spa. The massage was mediocre at best. For that price I expected more expertise. The place is too dark and even in the relaxation room the furniture is not comfortable for lounging, The yoga muzak is annoying and the massage room was too cold, typical of places that want to ensure they have a maximum client turnover. Seek elsewhere!
