Amazing service...my daughter and I came in to look at espresso machines. Store employee totally educated us on all the products. Even made us a drink. We understood all the options and walked out of the store with the perfect machine for us. Super impressed with staff.

Great place to go for all things kitchen related. They have small appliances, dishware, silverware, utensils, and some food items. Everything is really nice and good quality but that’s reflected in the high prices. It’s a fun place to go by if you’re interested in cooking.

Buyers beware. Their return policy is very restrictive and if you, as I have, find one of their products unsatisfactory you won't be able to return it if it has been used.I do not intend to buy from them in the future. Would go with Costco / Amazon or any company that values their customers enough to offer a real return policy.

I love coming to this store whenever I’m in the area. They‘be every kitchen appliance and gadget required to complete your culinary needs. Their products are of good quality to match the high prices.
I rarely buy anything but enjoy looking at their products. This visit was an Easter theme. If you’re a fan of cooking/baking, this is your candy store!
I’m not sure about customer service but a lovely store to browse.

Perhaps because the proportion of cooking is higher in the United States than in Korea, there are a lot of really cool kitchen items, so I had a lot of fun looking around. There are all kinds of tools to handle all kinds of ingredients... and the designs are cute and colorful, like a grandmother's home in a warm country house in the United States. My eyes enjoyed it haha.

This store is only getting better! They follow the trends in a good way, providing options from induction ready cookware to specialty baking mixes and spices to the latest gadgets and more. My personal favorite is their tea towels, great for gifts, for seasonal decor change, and to create memories while cooking. So much to peruse and inspire here. Always worth the time to pop in and discover something new.

Years ago I worked for Williams Sonoma in the San Francisco Bay Area. Williams Sonoma always stood above most other retail stores. The customer service was top notch, there were high expectations for employees (dress code, greeting customers, carrying high end products and standing behind them, and providing excellent customer service). As a newish resident of Washington, I was thrilled to find Williams Sonoma here. I walked in. No one greeted me. I browsed around for about 15 minutes. No employee ever asked if I needed help or ever acknowledged me. There were 4 or 5 employees, wearing jeans and t-shirts, laughing and talking loudly behind the register area. It sounded like a cocktail party. I never found what I was looking for. Chuck Williams would not be happy. Corporate should not be happy. Where are the expectations? Where is the customer service? You can't expect to sell high end products with zero customer service.

Received my Le Creuset Braiser today. It was terribly packed, as a consequence of which the item arrived damaged. Stay away from this company. Amazon might be your best bet.

The manager was so mean and not professional. I went there to return an online item, she told me it was not returnable. But when I went back home and check the order on the website, it was eligible for return.

We had a bad experience in this store recently. We had a non working item that we are returning which we just bought 1 week ago. The manager told us we can’t return the item and we just have to call the manufacturer directly. We’ve been a regular customer in this place and this was the first time we encounter a bad product so we’re surprise about this policy. We will not return to this place again.

I ordered a toaster oven on August 14th, 2021. Due to shipping issues, it just arrived this week (early November). During this time, it went on sale....and it's still on sale. I called customer service and they said "we don't do price adjustments". I will no longer purchase from Williams Sonoma.
