West drum shop is an amazing store. I purchased a kit from them back in April 2024 and could not be happier with it. Alex helped me out. Then today 7/19 I took a tuning class and met up with Alex again he was very knowledgeable and helpful answering every question I could come up with and giving me feedback about what was going on. If you play drums and you haven't been to this wonderous locale do yourself a favor and stop by. Thanks again guys you have a lifelong customer.

Such a pleasant experience! I live 40 mins away, and just needed a throne and a drum pedal and I was helped with such great customer service and knowledge. Will absolutely come here for all my drum needs and I enjoy supporting local family owned.

I recently purchased a Trick Drive Shaft to fit my Tama Iron Cobra double pedal from West Coast Drum Shop. I live all the way in NY, and no stores, online or local, and even the manufacturer themselves, had it in stock. I saw that West Coast Drum Shop had it available, and I took a leap of faith. I immediately spoke with Alex over the phone, as I wanted to be sure that they indeed had it. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and assured me that it would be shipping soon. It shipped the same day, and I received it within a week. It works even better then I could have imagined, and all thanks to Alex and West Coast Drum Shop. 5 stars and 100& recommended

This place is magic. I've had two lessons with Chase and he has been nothing but positive and encouraging to this newbie. Everyone that I've talked to that works there have been super friendly (not always common in the PNW) and helpful to all my questions. Couldn't recommend a better place. ?
