Branch experience was disappointing. 1 active teller with 4 employees watching customers wait. When I asked to increase my mobile deposit limit to avoid waiting in line at the branch I was told I would need to upgrade my account.

Worst bank. Never answers their phones. Always says they’re too busy to answer the phone. And that’s a reply coming from the Bank Manager. Just keep hiring inexperienced tellers because nobody wants to work for you. I’m taking my $ and paycheck to Umpqua Bank next door.

I’ve been a customer of WF since 1989…and have used this branch almost exclusively since 2006. I have ALWAYS been greeted and helped by all the staff. I highly recommend.

Don't choose this bank as a business. They charge your employees fifteen dollars to cash their paychecks. Even though it's YOUR BANK. ILL NEVER BANK HERE!!!

02/03/22 Both my debit and credit card got hack into. I didn’t get any notifications. I ran to this location to see what I can be done. I was dismissed and asked to call myself. No empathy given. I called and cancel both cards. 3 days after I get a a strange phone call saying my saving and checking accounts not back cards was hack into. I was in Montana skiing for two weeks, worried, I was told to come to this location and it will been fix. I show up anxious and again I was given another number to call to fix it myself. Not an effort to help. Not sure why we have ppl seating at a desk anymore. Monalina told now she could not call because she had another client. After I made an appointment to be here. I didn’t show up without one. So I sat across her desk to make the call because I was worried…After someone pick up the phone.. I was asked if I was at the bank luckily I stayed in there..
She still had to verify my ID with the person on the phone and provided information I was not preview to.
What if I went home as directed to make this call.. very unhelpful.. I ended up back her desk- still waiting for the invisible appointment to show. This review is also in real time… we both now are on hold. Awful awful service. 02/17/22

In the 15+years I have as a customer, I never encountered a disrespectful teller as Aneesah Allen is. I walk to a branch to take care of my business and be on my way not to listen to snarky and condescending comments. The fact that this person is a branch operations associate manager means the bar's been set too low. Avoid them at all costs.

They have an amazing guy I try to change places in line to get because he is helpful the also have some horrific staff, some refuse to let you in before they close, others are just straight rude, they refuse to listen. Sadly one awesome employee does not make a great location, and does give some bright side and help but the rest 9f the time the experience is beyond painful - no matter how long you bank with them or how patient or kind you are to them sadly.

I have been a long time member of Wells Fargo, in fact while I was making a withdrawal it said happy 10th year anniversary. I made my withdrawal outside at the front ATM and I walked by the drive thru, no cars were there it was just me, I remember I was able to make a quick exchange to smaller bills during pandemic and the person who was there was able to do it for me, take note there were No cars, I was just about To approach him and ask him if I could do the same but while I was just speaking and in the middle of a few Words he rudely interrupted me , he did not even say "I'm sorry but" he just went on and said it in a rude way and cut me off a few times, when I was trying to ask a question twice he rudely interrupted me again and wasn't even allowing me to finish my sentences, so I asked him what his name was since he wasn't wearing a name tag and his name wasn't on the front desk too, he seemed irritated and preoccupied but I was the only customer, I then told Anthony twice" that next time if you need to say something to a customer , say it in a polite way, " and do you know what his answer was? He just said "yeah okay" then I told him treat me like a customer then he said "okay" he never said sorry for his behavior and the manner he talked to me. I am so disappointed, is this how you train your employees for customer service? Is this how they talk to customers, he was talking to me like he had no respect for any customer, the way he answered, his demeanor, everything was completely off. I'm beyond disappointed so I was wanting to speak to you but you were in a meeting but I hope you can address this situation and correct it, he clearly does not know customer service and how to treat people, regardless of any a transaction. Hoping to hear from you regarding this matter.

Wells Fargo refuses to reimburse me for fraudulent credit card charges. Stamps.com hit my account for 4000 and they refuse to refund. This bank cannot be trusted.
