I made an appointment with Elaine. She showed up 20 minutes behind schedule, she didn't even say sorry to me. I was feeling so bad.

Branch experience was disappointing. 1 active teller with 4 employees watching customers wait. When I asked to increase my mobile deposit limit to avoid waiting in line at the branch I was told I would need to upgrade my account.

Worst bank. Never answers their phones. Always says they’re too busy to answer the phone. And that’s a reply coming from the Bank Manager. Just keep hiring inexperienced tellers because nobody wants to work for you. I’m taking my $ and paycheck to Umpqua Bank next door.
