“Excellent service at the Lahina ))and the Bellevue stores. High quality jewelry not inexpensive but quality and service make it worth it. They are " The real deal. ". My story- The earrings i bought in Lahina needed adjustment. I called Bellevue and the staff were extremely helpful even - I was not even buying anything. I went back to add a pendant a few months later. Today i completed the set with a ring - staff again very helpful with matching the color- offered to send a gold ring with the correct color pearl to the factory with the white gold ring i wanted to switch the pearls and to size it without additional charge. I know that nothing is "free" but the service, the fact that they remembered me 5 months later and being gracious counts!”

The ring was even better then the one we had originally got from the Pandora at southcenter which don't go to the South center Pandora go to the Bellevue one! “My husband and I stepped into the mall to wait out traffic and just have a nice walk around. When I tell you we are broke newly weds settling into our mid twenties I mean, we look it too.

We had recently watched Breakfast at Tiffany’s and decided to poke our heads in the shop knowing we didn’t belong in there, but wanted to check out a real life shop like the movie.

A store clerk excitedly welcomed us in. We timidly looked at everything, and the same sales clerk, introduced herself and started showing us everything. Her name is Athena :) We made it even clearer by letting her know we couldn’t afford anything and she made it clear she didn’t mind that, and was happy to show us anything we’d like just for fun! She let me try on stuff and told us all about it. She was so happy, bright and cheerful.

She never pushed us to buy anything. She said she also couldn’t afford what we were looking at and laughed with us. We had the best time ever and agreed that if we strike it rich, we’ll be back. :) thank you for having us! You made our day!”
