The worst pharmacy. If there was a metric that evaluated pharmacies on wait times this place would be off the charts. I’m sitting in the drive thru and no one in front of me yet waited 15 min to even hear from someone. They finally tell me it’s not ready despite their system telling me on the phone it is ready. Wasted an entire 90 min of my day. Oh and there are so many sketchy bums here which is awesome

No enough staffing at all. These people are taking advantage of customers.
5 pharmacy counters are there including drive thru and only one counter was operating. people are standing in queues for long hours.

I believe the pharmacy may have had a recent hire. She is wonderful & there was no wait time for my prescription at all?

Denying the online covid test kit order. Even you processed and submitted online. They will not give you the kits. Maybe they only pick a few insurance providers they like to give out instead of what they said online.

I made the mistake of trying to fill a few prescriptions at this locations. Run, do not walk, towards a different pharmacy. You. Cannot. Actually. Talk. To. Them. They refuse to answer phone calls. And in person it can take hours to actually see a human. Costco or Safeway or Fred Myer, etc.., go ANYwhere but this place.

Poor response and long wait without reason. Appointment time does not matter. Had to wait 2 hour.

Would give 0 stars if possible.
It was 2nd time at this pharmacy.
Long waits for no reason. Horrible experience in general. They don't understand what appointment confirmation mean either. (There are no walk-ins for vaccines)
I would stay as far as I can from this pharmacy.

If I could rate zero ⭐️’s I absolutely would. This specific location is horrible! Several months ago I placed a formal complaint regarding the disgusting practices of their pharmacy…. Terrible customer service was the tip of the iceberg & breaching HIPPA laws was the worst of the worst. I waited a month for a Rx to be ordered. There was no follow-up or follow thru on their end. I called a handful of times to see if it was ordered & when it’d be ready, each time confirming name, Rx & insurance. Finally after calling 6x & waiting a month, they said it was ready. I came in to pick up about 30mins before their closing lunch break. 10mins prior to their closure time they rudely & abruptly hustled whoever was in line (I was 3rd) behind a closing accordion wall to where we were literally touching-there was at least 15 people crammed in small quarters in front of their counter. Now when I say rude I mean one of the pharmacy assistants actually barked orders/yelled at an old man in front of me who was either hard of hearing or didn’t understand. I get up to be ‘helped’ just to passed around from multiple windows. I had to verify all my personal information including Rx, phone number, address… everything, while still touching all the other people waiting behind me, privacy practices?
After 4 separate employees I was told my insurance was not covered @ Walgreens & my amount due was $600+. I spoke with the lead pharmacist & said it would have been nice to know a month ago prior to them ordering it & waiting that the insurance I had on file would’ve never qualified for coverage. I asked for his name & other employee that I spoke with & called Walgreens corporate to make a formal complaint. After that incident I promised NEVER to visit this location again…
Fast fwd to 2 weeks ago. I made a photo order online for in-store pickup. The other Walgreens I would normally do this was unavailable & I stupidly picked this location. This morning I received an email that my order was ready. I went in this evening to get it, I was told by the man @ photo & the manager on duty that my order wasn’t there, it had not been delivered. The email I received was wrong that they auto send emails like that & if I wanted more help I should call customer service OR I could give them my number-wait for a call & come back. Absolutely absurd! The man kept telling me that USPS never came today (my shipping tracking was confirmed thru UPS w/ time & date stamps). He wouldn’t stop talking over me to get the correct information & then would tell me I was wrong. The manager (I think her name was Apparnna-sp?) Did little to nothing except to double down on the BS he was trying to feed me & would disappear without a solution.
I asked her to call customer service since there was clearly something wrong on their end, she told me there was nothing they could do, but I could call customer service to have it explained. I stayed in the store. Called customer service. The woman I spoke with had all the same information I did. She said my order was delivered, it should be ready for pickup & she tried calling the store to speak to the mgr, but of course no one answered when she called.
I went back to the photo counter. Asked the man if I cloud speak to the manager again. He tried to tell me AGAIN it wasn’t there because USPS hadn’t come & AGAIN I should come back tomorrow because they’d be delivering my order tonight @ 9pm (?!? IDK why or where he got that). I said please let me speak to the manager, he dismissively said she’s coming up turned to his coworker & told her to page the mgr. ?
She came up & tried to walk by me. I stopped her. Told her what customer svc said. Told her they tried to call with no avail & to look for my order again. Shortly after that she found it. ?
Basics for a retail mgr should be patience, listening, assistance & common courtesy. Even if I was wrong that was a really demeaning way for both of th

Why do they have appointments? It's illegal to stand in line for hours. Bad service. I made an appointment for a vaccine and they ask me to stand in line. It's absurd.

Waited over 1 hour for a COVID vaccine that we scheduled an appointment for and it was not busy … does not respect other’s time.

The pharmacy is very slow and understaffed. Lines are long. Avoid it by all means. I can understand that once in a while there could be a peak of work, but here what it should be an exception is the norm

4 tries on three different days to get a simple prescription filled, waiting up to 30 minutes each time. Three times the prescription was not ready when they said it would be.

Bad service at this store. We submitted an order for free Covid 19 test at other store and they were going to give it to us but they were out, they sent us to this store and they denied to provide it saying that the add on the internet from Walgreens is not real. Requested a manager and they said it was not available Bad service and false advertising from Walgreens.
