Worst place for customer service. Woman named Destiny was shift lead did not want to help with a return I had receipt. Did not want cash only credit on account t. Said she waited on me when item purchased. Still no refund with out driver's license. Totally rude

I took my friend here for a return she had purchased one day prior. She had the receipt, the form of payment card and another card. The very rude cashier "Destiny" said she needed a drivers license. Well, we all live in a 55 and over community so there's only a couple of us who drive. So I'm like oh, well I can see if she wanted cash but she just wants it returned to the form of payment. Well it was pretty clear she wasn't going to help us ...so we asked for a manager- well she let it slip she was the one who rang up the items and she was the manager. So "Destiny" ( actually a shift supervisor at Walgreens) seems be on quite the power trip, it was so clear she had no intention of helping out a neighbor and an old woman at that! Unbelievable! What a pathetic and small person! Asking a person for us when you actually remembered the transaction. WTH

I dropped my 35 mm film roll on 2/18/2024. They told me it would be maximally 3 weeks. I came by today, 3/9/2024. The cashier told me that their computer said the photos were ready for pickup, but she failed to find them in the store. No offer to compensate for lost photos. I do not recommend developing photos here unless you do not mind losing them.

They follow you around making things very uncomfortable. They prices are AWAYS off when you come to pay for your products then the price tag on shelf. Very frustrating !!

The store is fine but the pharmacy is understaffed and they are so busy that medications are forgotten to be ordered and the app tells one that their prescription is ready but it is NOT in fact it’ll take 3 days to,” order it” which is why you called them early to fill it due to possibly having to order the refill. It’s a MESS!!

Terrible online inventory! Ordered for pick-up, as the website shows items in stock in-store, but the store actually has none. Also, the pick-up fulfillment wait time takes forever, unlike what is stated on the website—ready in 30 minutes. Once my prescription took a week to get ready. Worst experience.

I’ve had wonderful service each time with the associates. I have came in to pick up packages and getting photos done and each associate has been helpful and kind.

Went to buy some allergy medicine, no one to be found for assistance. When I did finally find somebody, she told me she was too busy doing other things to help me. The customer service in the store is atrocious, if you would like to continue to make money, you should treat your customers better than what you’re allowing your staff to do at currently.

You will have as much luck getting your prescriptions here as you would at McDonalds. I waited on hold for TWO HOURS just to ask someone why my prescription shows "delayed" and hasn't been filled for four days. After waiting two hours on hold, it went to their "lunch break" so I was disconnected. Moreover, if you want your prescription filled in any type of timely manner (less than a week after the doctor fills it) you need to call them. Then you have to wait on hold for about two hours to either be "disconnected" or get conflicting information regarding your prescriptions and filling them. Save yourself hours of waiting and frustration by going ANYWHERE ELSE. Walgreens in general is bad for communication and wait times, but this place is insufferable. If they can't offer patients reasonable care, they shouldn't be operating.
