They should not have the states pharmacy contract. Many of their pharmacies in Snohomish County were closed over the weekend because they do not have enough personnel. Pharmacy tech is not a minimum wage job. They need to offer their pharmacists and techs higher wages and benefits. If they did, they would not have this problem. They are putting customers at risk by not being able to fill prescriptions.

Start reading the reviews to your locations. I will never fill a prescription or shop at your stores again because of the Lake Tapps pharmacist. I am moving all of my prescriptions to literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

It’s ridiculous that the pharmacy hours have changed when are people that work 8-5 sappose to get a prescription filled. You go to urgent care you can’t use this pharmacy in the evening. The location is 4th in Everett. Closing at 6 and closed on weekends. You will be losing a lot of customers like myself who’s been going through Walgreens pharmacy for years. This really is terrible to customers. Very disappointed!!!!!!

The Walgreen's at 3535 35th Ace SW is a disgrace and unsafe because of Walgreen's abysmal staffing and standards. The pharmacy: understaffed such that mistakes ate made, the staff are burned out, it is chaotic. The conditions are not comfortable; improperly working HVAC; sweat beading on foreheads; clearly stressed. The outside the pharmacy seem to lumber about, avoiding any questions about empty shelves. The place is dirty with empty shelves and messy displays. The manager is a surly, unskilled, inarticulate mess. The parking lot and exterior are dangerous and an eyesore - reflecting Walgreen's choices to put profits over neighborhood. This mess of a store is Walgreen's neglect not the fault of the few staff working.

Issaquah Walgreens - Drive through is always closed. Inside the store the line is consistently like this. Give me a break. Show some respect to customers and to your staff. Hire more staff. Pay them better. This is wrong.

I am so disappointed in Walgreens for their lack of security and safety for customers as well as employees!! I have been in the store and witnessed when thieves were stealing products at two different locations on several occasions!!! I’ve even been rammed into as well as another customer on one of those occasions with them trying to get in and out fast!!My primary store recently had a dumpster fire where someone lit it on fire and pushed it up to the loading dock!!! They closed the store and kept the pharmacy drive through open because of bad air quality yet they had all employees report to work without any regard to the employees health!!I believe Walgreens can do so much better than absolutely ignoring these problems and leaving customers and staff to fend for themselves!! Maybe it’s time for the local news and OSHA to get involved!!

Do not use the pharmacy at 175th in Shoreline. On July 5th I got a 5 pills out of the 90 day supply said that I would get the rest in a couple of days. I called to talk them again said that they were working on it finally after a month I texted my doctor and called the pharmacy again and finally got it filled. Someone needs to lose a job.

How about instead of giving the new CEO a 24 million dollar sign on bonus you give the employee's who support your company a major raise. The pharmacy staff has not had a cost of living raise in over 3 years...how do you justify that?
