Dr. Dolinko and his team (Zelda especially) are so compassionate. My boxer terrier mix is very fearful of strangers, due to abuse from her former owners. They took the time to make my pup comfortable and reassured her every step of the way.
In addition, they are thorough in explaining treatment, as well as the estimated pricing, to make sure I was comfortable with the pricing! Veterinary care is hard, and I fully trust this team with my dogs.
Good people.

i applied for a job there and i had good enough resume to get a day position and they wouldnt even consider me for an interview and i was being reasonable with a day schedule , they dont seem to want to hire anyone with relevant experience other than only people who have actual experience with the job , yet there was a guy who is a manager and he didnt know anything and worked there , so they are very biased on hiring but apperently no matter how much work done for place its never good enough for the people in charge i would not recommend a career here if you are wanting to pick something in this field , god bless the poor animals that live in this institution its not their fault humans cant be thankful for what they provide them to best of ability .

This place is a scam. They put your dogs in cages that are too small for them and leave them there for hours unattended sometimes in their own eliminations. Those poor dogs start to develop anxiety and stress (especially the individual dogs) so then the doctor there prescribes them Trazodone and that’s more money we have to pay for medicines that we wouldn’t have needed in the first place if they had just taken better care of our dogs. The group dogs at least get to have some play time but DO NOT leave your fur baby there if they’re signed up for individual boarding.

There's a clause in their client paperwork stating they are not responsible for pet death or injury, even if they are "wholly or partly negligent in any way".That clause told me all I needed to know about the quality of care my dog would receive if I left him with them ever again.Wagly's "dedication" to the wellbeing and safety of pets in their care is reflected in the accountability they'll take if they fail to provide it.Which is none, to be clear. My dog was, in fact, neglected when he was in their care. I watched it on camera. The one time I brought my dog for daycare, I watched him kenneled for 7 hours, let out 3 times for 15 minutes. I picked my dog up as soon as I could after work, and told them I'd monitored the camera for all 7 hours. The assistant manager told me my dog was kenneled because they were "understaffed".I haven’t gone back. I thought I was giving my dog an experience of playing with other dogs instead of being alone at home that day. But instead he sat alone in a cold kennel.I do feel a sense of community responsibility to encourage others to check the paperwork they push toward you on the first drop off day. Ask to see that clause. And then ask yourself if you trust your dog's life with any kind of company that would include a clause allowing them to potentially neglect your dog to the point of death, and be legally off the hook.Negligence should not lead to corporate protection from "certain legalities" because they failed to uphold the standards they marketed. To those looking for a safe place for their pets, that clause is not standard. There are multiple quality local dog daycares that have no clause remotely similar.Personally, my dog's life and happiness mean too much to me. Wagly is not worth the risk.

I have been boarding my dogs here for a couple years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff are really great. They all seem to love their jobs. I love the daily updates of my pups with pictures.

In my opinion Worst place to work! Unless you want drive thru vet services, awful HR and campus director. Both treating you inappropriate and unprofessional! Absolutely ? disgusting to work in.

I worked with dr Steven for my puppy's international health certificate and he was so helpful to me. He was able to get everything within 24 hours too! They have such great costumer service at Wagly lake hills and it's so obvious that they love and have a passion for their job. Dr steven was a charm to work with he even taught me how to clean Archie's ears. He was very sweet and gently to Archie too! We love going here and I feel safe and secured bringing my baby to dr Steven!

I've boarded my cat here 2x the past 2 months for work travel and this is one of the best vet clinics I've ever used. The support team here is engaging, friendly, supportive, amazing, and communicative daily via texts with pics about my cat. My 2 daughters both work at Vet Clinics in FL and LA and both tell me how much better Wagly is from the clinics they work at based on the communication and pics I get sent daily. I would highly recommend this clinic based on my direct experience here.
