Absolutely loved it, this was my first ever experience with guns and everything, starting from safety briefing to shooting in the range was great. Excellent customer service and we never had to wait for anything.

Today came in with a weapon with a jammed part, could not fix it for my life and was afraid that if I did anything else to it I would actually damage the weapon. Spike the gunsmith was there and in no time had it fixed and made the entire experience a pleasure. The kind of customer service and ease of doing business that I look for when I seek out a service, I will definitely be a returning customer - Thanks again Spike!!

Been coming here for years, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As a first time gun owner they are extremely kind and will go to great lengths to get you set up with good kit. The range attached to them is also very good, exciting friendly staff that is ripe with recommendations and good times

I recently used WESG for a Silencer Shop transfer. I've never used Silencer Shop before, so this whole process was novel for me. Israel handled my transaction, from start to finish. While not knowing how this all worked, Israel explained everything efficiently and effectively, leaving me with little opportunity to screw anything up. He made sure I managed each step, and treated my like I was valued, without condescension.
This is a really well run shop. They have their process down. I'm not sure how they get paid for finishing the deal for Silencer Shop, but I really feel like I've more than gotten my money's worth.

Their basic handgun safety class is taught by a rather unpleasant guy. I felt bullied and patronized on several occasions.

Wade's is still the best gunshop with a range. Good selection of pistols and some knives, rifles, and shotguns. Adequate variety of ammo. Enthusiastic staff. A bit pricey. Glad to have them close.

I've been going here for the last 7 years. This place is legit! The staff in both the retail shop and the range are knowledgeable and friendly, and they always have stuff the other shops can't get.

Wouldn't let me make a return with the receipt THEY gave me. Item was in perfect condition, too.
Update: dunno why I came back. Their hours are misleading. Was planning to spend $600 on ammo only to learn the *gun range* closes at 8:00pm but the register closes earlier. Google doesn't make that distinction.
Not driving 45 minutes in rush hour traffic again for time wasters. Taking my money elsewhere.

The guy was impatient. He generally answered our questions with very short answers, e.g., no, you can’t, without explaining. The prices are also much higher than other shops.
