Worst experience of my life. They sold me the wrong phone and I didnt find out until after I got home and opened the box. These people are like used car salesmen. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. But I am DONE! horrible!

Hi, I was at Verizon today. I had a problem with calls and the Internet. Specialist Chufan took us in. She was looking for different ways to solve the problem. In the end, she spent 4 hours and still solved everything. She is a very good person and a Verizon worker. If you have any difficulties, I recommend her. Chufan, I thank her very much for the work done!

Came in because my SIM card stopped working after dropping my phone. They quickly switched me over to an eSIM and I was on my way.

One of the worst customer service experiences. After complaining about the lack of service, the staff member replied that's how it is and couldn't do anything about it. He didn't seem interested in helping me, and to make matters worse, he was sitting on the table with his legs spread out while talking to me. Not only did he not resolve my issue, but he also messed up something, resulting in the loss of my personal hotspot. The overall encounter was highly unsatisfactory and left a lasting negative impression.

The Verizon employee we worked with was extremely new, but allowed to work with us independently and without oversight. During the sign-up process, he said things that turned out to be completely inaccurate. This included access to a $200 rebate as well as other issues while configuring new lines on our family plan. I had to spend 15 to 20 hours on the phone with Verizon over the next few weeks because of the new employee’s misleading statements.
I don’t think we would have signed up with Verizon if we knew the true extent of what we owed and how much work it would be to get everything configured.
I hope the team at this store takes the necessary steps to make sure that new employees have the proper training and oversight when working with customers.

whoever the guy was did not need to give us an attitude like that. sure we had some complications with the account but we got that resolved in less than five minutes. he left like two minutes after giving us the phone like clocked off and we’re still sitting here setting up the phone. some customer service that is. even the lady was way better. never wanna come back to this location if that dude is there. i recommend you try to find some other assistant than a tall white dude with an arm tat. rating him a 0/10 at customer service.

Verizon cost estimator in Verizon site tricked me to change a plan which caused me to pay more (losing discount) for less feature. The staff at this branch is very inattentive in trying to understand and solve the problem. Verizon used to have a better service than this.

Wow. No wonder all these 1 star. I also felt the same. Attitude was so bad and one word answers. T mobile was way better experience from customer service point of view and I am Verizon customer!

Honestly the least helpful store. Giving one word answers and the staff member that was helping us was incredibly condescending.
