Kurt was a great help and very patient through a difficult process. I don't think it should be so hard to switch phone providers, but it is, and he was great about it.

Only if could give zero stars! Staff doesn’t have complete knowledge about products. Charging for services not mentioned in conversation and trying to make it up by giving discounts on accessories which are over expensive and useless. Have spent so much time talking to same issue with 10 people and still issue is not resolved. This is not a direct Verizon dealer and staff is always asking for people to give full rating surveys.

The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I don't understand how that's legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didn't know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now I'm constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They won't reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account that's over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance you get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I can't believe I even trusted this company.

I was very pleased with the black Friday deals that were offered at this Gowireless location but I have been anything but satisfied since. I was billed a month after my purchase for fees that I was told were waived as a promotion. In order to avoid additional fees for a late payment, I was forced to pay that bill in full with the promise that I would be credited on my next bill. Of course that did not happen and after a couple of months I'm still fighting with their staff and sending emails that are never returned. Your time is far too valuable and it's just not worth the headache- don't even bother visiting this location.

The customer service here is horrific. We wanted to buy the iPhone 4s and 5, but they had to order the 4s. The next day, we found out we could save $150 by going to Target, so we asked to cancel the iPhone 4s order. Long story short, it took us nearly 3 days to get our iPhones at Target because of this store's idiocy, rudeness, and just horrible service. The manager is a push-over, and quite honestly, the guy at the Redmond Target knows more than all of these employees combined. If you want to buy overpriced phones from employees who treat you less-than-human and have no idea what they're talking about, you should definitely come to this store!

I am using the phone they sold me to write this in hopes that it will save anyone else the hassle I went thru. The service sucks here. They don't get it. They screwed up my account, everything. When I went in the last time, no one would help, just a lot of snide comments as I wasn't "their" customer. Save everyone some time and don't become "their" customer as well.

Don't bother going here. First of all they don't have any functional display models, so you won't be able to try it before you buy it. The real reason I gave this store one star was for the service. The salesperson I talked to was really conniving and pushy. Since I did my research, I knew the things he was lying about.
