The retail parking lot at Venn is one which I have been using for almost an year now. But they have been increasing parking cost almost every couple months. It was increased in Nov’2023 and again in February’2024 now. Hope it stays at this price for the entire year, else would have to look at other options.

Worst living experience ever. I lived here for 2 years and had to terminate the lease early because it doesn’t feel safe living here and the management does nothing to help. Break ins in the garage, package stolen, and the worse is the management absolutely did nothing to help. They are not reachable or try to be helpful for any issues and only available to ask for more money. Building manager is passively aggressive towards all issues. Building condition is bad. Front and side door keep beeping all year long and no one bother to fix. Carpet and walls are dirty all the time. Won’t recommend anyone lives here.

We moved here from a Capitol Hill (in Seattle) apartment three years ago and have enjoyed living here so far.Pros:- Location, location. Three minute walk to the bus stop and a supermarket, and two minute walk to the park. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly quiet and feels quite safe.- Most of the floor layouts are space efficient. We like our galley style kitchen which makes good use of the space.- The apartments feel modern and airy and are energy efficient. We don't use the heater at all during the winter, and our electricity bills are low compared to other places we've lived.- The roof deck is really lovely in the springs and summers.- Gym is a decent size with four treadmills (and various other cardio equipment) and a decent selection of weights. There's also a yoga studio that is usually empty.- Management and maintenance folks are really professional, responsive, and communicative which I appreciate. I appreciate that messages are sent via email instead of only just placed on people's doors or in the elevators.- Haven't gotten packages stolen like at other apartments. There's a package hub to receive your packages as well as a locked closet for overflow. Management does make a huge effort to manage the packages, unlike other places I've lived at.Cons:- The parking vendor (not associated with Equity) is a bit disorganized. Every few months or so, we have to remind them what parking space we have.- The usual noise issues in apartment living - Occasionally, we hear the neighbors above or to the side of us, but it's to be expected in apartment living.Items to note:- The window-less bedroom with the white noise of the fan makes for deep, relaxing sleep. I didn't believe this until I tried it.- We have a courtyard and east-facing apartment which is ideal. This means we get some pleasant morning light and the afternoon heat doesn't affect us as much. We chose not to buy an AC, and this is only bad for maybe a week of the year. Facing the courtyard means no street noise. I can't believe how peaceful and quiet it is.

The entire parking garage worth of cars were stuck in there. This garage is for the tenants as well as the stores in the area. They never gave us tickets bc apparently the machine wasnt working. Naturally we all assumed it was free parking since it was Sunday. We spoke to the attendant for help and they told us we all had to pay $75 because we didn't have tickets. She then hung up on us but not before asking for out credit card number. Keeping us trapped was absolutely a fire hazard and the building is lucky the fire department was closed or I would have had them down in heartbeat. After more than 45 minutes of waiting we were helped by a third party that let us out after being held HOSTAGE. A mother had to pick up her CHILD and could not. NEVER EVER PARK HERE. CLOWNS.

Exceptional team. Very professionally managed community. Proactive at helping residents and highly responsive to issues. Special thanks to Hanna in particular for helping with questions and making us feel welcome in the community.Smooth move-in process. The apartment was in good condition. The service team addressed the few minor issues the next day. The courtyard-facing units are very quiet. High-quality furnishings. The building is well maintained. The staff kept the sidewalks clear of snow and ice.Excellent location. Just a few minutes walking to Safeway, Bellevue Square, Bellevue Park, and a variety of restaurants.Would be nice to have compost bins in the building to reduce waste, as well as window blinds that actually block out light.

Pros: the apartment is in a good location. And that’s itCons: I’ve only lived here for 6 months and have so many issues. It’s really inconvenient to get packages here. They pile all their packages in a storage room and you have to dig around to find a package. Also anytime you go to pick up a package you have to pass by the staff. I’ve had the staff give me weird looks anytime I walk by.Also they use really cheap material in the apartment building. The blinds got jammed after a few uses, the kitchen cabinet shelves fell off too, and the dishwasher stopped working too.I’m really looking forward to moving out and WOULD NOT recommend this apartment .

You are charged parking fees for using the Tesla charger. Spots are too small for cars. Impossible to find door to re-enter the garage if you decide to go shopping while charging.

I've only lived here a month so far, but I really enjoy this place. I looked at a lot of other apartments around before moving and found that Equity Apartments has a great quality standard. This location is so accessible to everything great in Bellevue, from the Downtown Park with its Infinity Waterfall and live music on Fridays, or being literally just a few minutes walk from virtually anything you could want. Shopping, massages, bars, you name it, it's close. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and specifically Hannah has always gone above and beyond to make this place great. She's always so knowledgeable with great recommendations about things for to experience in the area, and prompt to help when I have questions or concerns. The common areas seem fantastic for hosting and have a lot of variety for all types of entertaining.Parking is pricey at ~$200/mo, but you can save that by not having a car with everything so close by.I'd really love if they could find a way to fix that annoying high pitched squealing sound from the alarm at the entry when the staff isn't here.Other than that minor annoyance, I highly recommend this place.

Leasing office schemes to get you into debt at moving out. I did not owe them a penny of rent and had my walk through when leaving. However, they ate the words and deducted all my deposit, putting an extra $600-$700 dollars on collection. Just shameless shark.I’m not mentioning what loss they caused on me yet. Just to name a few: my lost $600 package, vandalized car with at least $1000 loss, the terrible noise due to thin wall and floors, and being unable to use paid amenities throughout COVID. They also deceived during the electronic apartment show by hiding that there is an awkward window facing immediately my neighbor’s. I explicitly asked to check the outside of the window, but their photo intentionally avoided showing the full view of the outside.Be careful with those accounts that only write five-star ratings each with abundant photos and long texts. They likely rate five stars as a side hustle job. Click on their photo and you will see their comment history.

I am exploring renting this place and leave a feedback..1. Leasing professional, ability to get someone to do a virtual walkthru - Great experience! My feedback is for Russell Nickerson. I was particularly interested in a virtual walkthrough due to my upcoming move from California to the Bellevue area. I must say that Russell was incredibly organized and helpful throughout the entire process. They patiently walked me through the apartments using Google meet as I couldn't go in-person. providing me with all the necessary information, including the pros and cons of living in each unit. This level of detail and transparency was exactly what I needed to make an informed decision. I greatly appreciate Russell's diligence and support, especially considering the challenges I faced with other apartments in obtaining a virtual tour. Their assistance was invaluable and made my apartment search significantly easier.2. First look at the apartmentLocation, parking, amenities was fantastic. What I was disappointed was that one of the bedrooms did not have a window. Having an inbuild AC would have been desirable.

My unit itself is very spacious with a giant closet and updated appliances. However, I can’t say I’m entirely interested in renewing my lease due to the noise. If you are interested in renting, I would advise getting a unit that is court yard facing. I am facing 103rd st and the noise is becoming a big problem. The sound echoes, so expect to be woken up at 4 am, 5 am, 6 am, 7 am every Monday-Friday with multiple garbage trucks. When I say loud… I mean loud. Good luck keeping your windows open. First time I heard it I literally thought there was an explosion outside ?There is also tons of street noise that echoes. Whether it be leaf blowers (who literally blow around nothing sometimes… air..?) tires screeching, you can hear everything x3. I don’t know if the other street facing units have this problem, but I cannot encourage enough to stray away from anything facing 103rd.The building itself is well maintained for the most part, and the staff is always very friendly. Just invest in some ear plugs.

I regret my decision to rent an apartment in this complex due to the ongoing issue of package theft and general feeling of unsafety. Despite the convenience of the location and other amenities, the frequent occurrence of package theft has left me feeling unsafe and frustrated. The lack of security measures is alarming. The building's security system is unreliable and I've witnessed strangers entering the complex without any identification or questioning from security personnel. The constant fear of theft or worse, personal harm, has left me feeling constantly on edge. The problem of package theft is not a new one, and despite my multiple complaints, there seems to be little action being taken. It's unacceptable to live in an environment where basic security measures are not in place, and where the risk of theft or harm is a constant concern. In conclusion, I would not recommend this complex to anyone until the management takes serious steps to address the issue of package theft and ensure the safety of residents.

Summer is unbearable here. No A/C and the wall port for a portable a/c doesn't make sense and renders the portable a/c ineffective. This will mean it takes $200 a month in electricity to keep your apartment 75 degrees plus. Hallways are hot despite them having a/c installed in the hallways (90 degrees during summer).Typically common areas are gross.Things break in the apartment often. Gym equipment is half broken. Half the elevators were down for 5 months. My emails to the staff are often ignored.Moved here for the dog run on the roof. Usually disgusting with 10 separate dog wastes.Definitely not a luxury apartment. All of the above just has you upset you are paying 4k a month for a crappy experience. Can't wait to move out.Update as of Feb 2023: Cleaning has improved greatly as well as staff response time. Dog pad still have uncleaned pet waste but this is because there there are inconsiderate tenants; maintenance cleans it every day.

Would NOT recommend parking at the public parking below here, we got trapped between the boom gate and the garage door gate at the upper level exit upon leaving because it said our ticket was invalid. The call box function broke as we were trying to call for help so I had to jump out, run back in the garage, and wave my arms in front of the garage door gate so we could back out and try calling from the lower exit.
