The retail parking lot at Venn is one which I have been using for almost an year now. But they have been increasing parking cost almost every couple months. It was increased in Nov’2023 and again in February’2024 now. Hope it stays at this price for the entire year, else would have to look at other options.

Living here is very nice and central to downtown Bellevue. However, I've contacted the management team with noise complaints and they haven't done anything to resolve it in the past week. I would have considered renewing my lease in the future, but I will now strongly reconsider.
